Charged us a extra day even thought we brang it back before the time they texted us which the text said 11:17 or charged for another day we had it back at 10 :55 an still got charge the guy at the front desk was threatening us an saying he gonna call poilce even though we were late an charge us a cleaning fee that we scrubbed the truck an they accused us of smoking when we didn't because they were mad at us for the bad rating we gave u would not recommend this location an I'm not paying until my bill gets fixed
LISA MU-Haul steering alignment was way off! The tires were very worn down which caused a couple issues with driving in the snow. The truck was extremely loud. It sounded like a bad exhaust.
AUTUMN KThe truck I used was so loud I couldn't hear to talk to my dad and son. It smelled so bad of fumes that it gave me a headache. The tires were so bumpy the truck hopped and shook my belongings like a snow globe. And I was hoping to add a few days on and they told me that it was already rented for Saturday and I would have to go somewhere else (good business would have gotten another truck transferred for the Saturday rental) I let them know about the exhaust and they said u haul mechanics are cry babies and they come to look at it and leave because they don't want to get cold. Customer service is junk. And so is the truck. I have over a thousand dollars in renting that truck just me alone for moving. Put some money back into your business and keep the trucks in better condition please. I'll definitely be trying a different company for the future. Very unlikely to go back here.
MARK Athe truck had a exhaust problem, the dollie bracket was broken and the pads in the truck had a dirty tampon in it. I called to speak with the location and explained the situation and he hung up on me. He said we returned the truck dirty, we moved office equipment and returned the truck clean and charged $25.00 would never use this location again

MICHAEL AWe are a non-profit food pantry., We use one of your trucks to pick up our food every four to six weeks, It is costing us 50+ dollars to use your trucks about an hour. Then we have to put in $5,00 for gas, we are putting around 13 miles on the vehicle. Would it be possible to get some type of discount. Anything saved goes directly into the pantry,

ROBERT BDid not like how the the truck drove while on my trip. I had warning lights come on the dashboard while on the highway. The truck was not maintained, as well as it had stains and burns on the seats. The truck needs a steering wheel alignment as well.

william rI was scheduled to pick up a trailer at 9:00 AM, store opening time. The lady came 20 minutes earlier to prepare for opening, saw me waiting outside and let me in 10 minutes before 9. I appreciate that a lot, she did not have to do this but she did and that means she cares for the customers. I was in a big rush and those 10 minutes meant a lot.

JONATHAN RI know it wasn't the fault of the drop off location, but I do have a concern about Uhaul in general. I dropped off the truck 1 day early. It was clean just like when we picked it up in Ann Arbor. My son took photos of the inside of the truck and cab as requested by Uhaul, at the time of drop off. At 2:49 pm on Sunday, September 17th, I received an email saying all was good and there was not any additional charges. Then at 2:59 pm, I received an email saying there would be a $25.00 cleaning charge. I know the truck was as clean as when we picked it up. I believe this is Uhaul's way of getting more money out of it's customers. Because of this, I will not recommend Uhaul to anyone.

Location attempted to force me to take safemove insurance for a local use 2 hour rental. I was told they would not rent to me if it was not added, even though I declined it in reservation. It was their policy at that location to require insurance for all rentals. I was told I would need to go elsewhere. I will not be back to this location.

I agreed to insurance not realizing it only covers burglary which isn't said when signing the contract. The biggest problem was mice. I had a very expensive mattress and multiple boxes with contents chewed and ruined from mice. For the cost and being an indoor facility, I would expect a more proactive approach. I did not visit the unit often to know mice were such a problem. The fact that I had to pay for a full month even if I moved out a few days into the month was a problem. I understand it may be complicated refunding tenants, but there should be a better solution than charging for a full month. Even only paying for a week would have saved me a lot of money. The staff was always polite so that was the nice part of using this facility.
