When trucks are returned, a customer's final bill should be taken care of. Rather, then waiting until it is convenient for the personnel to do so.

Adam RU-Haul changed the location to pick up the equipment but did not change it in the system for us to see. Spent almost an hour on hold and getting cut off and back on hold again before someone finally figured out that we had to go to a different location to pick up the truck! The check-in process online took at least 20 minutes and then the padlock would not open and we spent another 10-15 minutes trying to get the key out of the lockbox! Only then to find out there was less than a quarter tank of gas in the truck and we had to spend more time to go fill the truck up! Miserable process for making a reservation and checking in online!

Barbara HJosh is professional and helpful with excellent customer service. I have rented from U-Haul more times than I can count! I have 1.3 acres outside of Parma and use their utility trailers often. I have rented from numerous locations in the last 5 years in this area from Nampa to Ontario. Only one location you should never use, The Re-load in Ontario! Not only extremely unprofessional the woman that takes care of renting there actually damaged the wiring on my vehicle! So if in Ontario the Snake River Windshield behind Taco Bell in a great choice!

Joseph BI was flying in to Idaho to move my mother back to Pennsylvania. My brother, who lives local to the pick up location, reserved the truck about a month prior to pick up and reconfirmed the pick up date/time the week before. The owner confirmed and he also confirmed he would be there. When we arrived to pick up truck the place was closed so we called owner. There was some confusion of the reservation and truck. There was a truck 15ft on the lot and the owner said the cost would be $2,800 plus fees. My brother reminded him that he had quoted $1,700 and he said fees change due to demand etc. so it costs us more than $1,000 than quoted. Ugh! We had to take it since we had to load up and move that day. We processed the on-line paperwork, inspected the truck and got the key out of the box and left. The owner said he saved us $700 on the price.

Raul MI was in a bind. It was sunday and no one was open. So i tried a couple places and no answer. Josh answered his phone and was at his shop in 15 mins to get me this truck. Im blown away at the all out amazingness of this man. Thank you so much! You have no idea what this did for my life! Thank you again. I will be back if i need absolutely anything in the future!

Paul SKeep your web site information up to date. I was looking for an open top 5x9 trailer in 97914 area. None were available on line. When I went to pick up my trailer there were two at the next U-haul dealer and two more at a U-haul location enroute to the area where I was picking up the items going in the trailer. Would have been much easier with an open top and larger trailer.

Lynne GI reserved the trailer the evening before I planned on picking it up. when I arrived no body was at the store. I called the cell # listed for immediate service but it went to voice mail, after leaving a voice mail I went to a different location while I was there Josh called so I went back to pick up the trailer he had, when I returned I noticed a sign posted that stated I would receive $50 off if my reservation was not on time, when I asked josh about it his reply was " you seriously want $50 off? You seriously want a free trailer" and he went on to explain why he did not have the store open at the posted time and also that he was not aware of my reservation, In the end he did give me my $50 off, If a business is going to advertise $50 off if its not ready they should be ready and willing to stand behind that or the sign should be taken down.

Eric Enever had reciver , it was up to me to have hitch reciver , it was said i could go to home depo and purchace one . it was all said i maid deal on line and not with snake , i asked is he not a rep for uhaul . it,s so inportent to take pictures of safety chaines ,((((( But as i was loading car on to trailer the trailer poped off the Ball . Me going to SNAKE WAS a MISSTAKE by online I was requesting TRESUR Valley .

They went above and beyond and even went out and checked my car for me when I couldn't remember if I had left it locked.

MARY HSnake River did a good job but I was to pick my truck up at 9:00 from another place that wasn't open on Saturday even though I was told they were. I will not use UHaul again. Your computerized system does not work and your service is unreliable.
Jean LWas stuck stranded on freeway with blown vehicle. Only way to get my vehicle to a mechanic was to rent "the only available truck",.. a 26' box truck! Then to a different dealer for a tow trailer! What a pain,Ok,..I get it, Ontario Oregon probably not a fully stocked Uhaul but shoot ok. Long story short, completely broke single dad now being charged an extra 118.00! For gas being just a hair below what I had used in gas. Nice to know a business as large as Uhaul would hire a lawyer and send me to collections over,..let's say 10 bucks in gas.. maybe. I won't use Uhaul again. I'll use Budget, Penske, or anyone other than Uhaul again. Service manager was a good guy though. This is a corporate issue.
