I wanted to pick up the truck from the original location, not a different location. I reserved the truck from the original office and expected the office people's help when need. I collected the truck on Sunday and there was no people inside that office. And. I was aware of the new location only two days ago, which took me by surprise as I was not aware of that the pickup location can change. The key that I will recipe to drive the car was hard to find. It was in a black hidden box which looked like a lock and located on a net wired fence, which made it also hard to find. So, I do not liked the pick up location and lack of service.
