Dropped off the trailer after hours since it was listed as a 24/7 drop off location. There is no room in front of the gate to place trailers or trucks easily without blocking the gate as requested. The instructions are vague and it's almost impossible to get back on the street after drop off. I will not be returning to this Uhaul location againJessie S.

Be very careful with this location although my reservation excluded the rental insurance she completed the rental contract on their end with it included. This is no so when you use a uhaul branded store as you have to agree to the terms on the terminal and you the customer have the option to decline the insurance, when confronted about the charge the manager is not in and can't answer the phone as he is on vacation I guess all the fraudulent fees tact on is paying for that everlasting vacation. Never will I use Smokey's location again I prefer to drive 30 miles to another location than have them get any money from me.Oniel J.
Customer services was great. But had system issues. Was very nice and handled it very professionally. I was not happy with Uhaul on line services and the customer service w/ Uhaul phone team. Was not able to resolve the issue over the phone.Aesha H.

They gave me a truck with no radio , not clean , a quarter of gas and with the right side broken mirror that I couldn't see , later when I returners the truck nobody was there and I had to wait , plus they call me to charge me for the broken mirror ( I have evidence that there was a broken mirror when they gave me the truck )moises D.

Don't make a customer go to 3 locations before finally getting a truck. Don't expect a customer to then pay for gas to get said truck (much larger than one reserved) pay for gas to get it from the 3rd location, 45 miles from customers home when the original pick up location was to be 1-2 miles from home. Don't expect or make customers be on hold 20-25 minutes each time they phone. The list could go on and on. This experience cost me so much extra money due to all of this. And all I've been refunded was the 50 dollar guarantee amount. Nothing to the extra gas, no concern about the 3 extra hours it took to get truck and get it home and the cost to pay movers for those extra hours. If and when again I move...RYDER. I'm very disappointed in UHaul. This had nothing to do with our pick up location. That just ended up where there was actually a truck for me.Paula M.

Whenever someone comes in to pick up a rental, they need to ask for ID for the credit card being used. This location did not do that, and they went in and took additional fees out. The pick up was used to go less than 18 miles, however they took it upon themselves to state the pick up was used over 100 miles. I called the location and the answer I got was I should have checked it to ensure there was no mistakes. Some people trust businesses , but is like business like this one that companies should never be trusted. I do not recommend this place at all!!RUBEN P.

The young lady at smokeys was nice enough to rent me I different vehicle although the price went up a few dollars, she made sure I was satisfied and well accommodated. The location says it's 24/7, but the gate was not unlocked for me to parcel the vehicle in front of. I had to park the vehicle in front of the business and there was no lockbox in sight to store the keys. I'm awaits a call from a customer service rep.Wesley B.

Truck was on E. They had to use a forklift to get to it because they didn't have the keys to the one in front of it. I got an additional bill for $185 over the $112 that I paid for a one day local rental claiming mileage and charge for an additional day. Both are in dispute. I will NEVER use Uhaul again.DANNY J.

I reserved a 10 feet truck and when I arrived at the pickup location, they told me that I could only have a 15 feet truck because they use the 10 feet for local use. I asked why was I allowed to reserve it? They answered "that's is Uhaul fault." I will never rent another Uhaul again in my life and I will tell every person I know and will know in my life about this experience.RICHARD M.
This place is honestly scary. My wife didn't want to get out of the car. It's a rundown tire and repair center with no clear signage or instructions. There are no accommodations for after hours parking. And when I dropped off my truck at the end of the day, the owner thought I was trying to get repair service and yelled at me to go away, warning that if I showed up on the property at night, I'd be shot. There is no chance I will ever rent a U-Haul from this property ever again.DANIEL C.
