I would recommend this location for your Uhaul needs. Vijay had plenty of trucks available for use. Using the online service is much better than paper contracts. The whole process was done quickly. The truck (all of them really) was super clean and drove very well. When we returned the truck, having driven in some rain caused mud, we wish we would have rinsed the mud off. We apologize, Vijay, and will make sure it doesn't happen again the next time we rent from you.

The man who I'm assuming may own the shop was nice enough. However, my interaction with him was a little odd. I tend to just take people's personalities on a "case-by-case" basis I guess you could say. But by the end of our interaction, I came to the conclusion that I am pretty sure he assumed the entire time that I was someone else whom he had spoken with over the phone earlier. I had actually made a reservation online to pick up a U-Haul at his location. While he was checking me in he was kind of lecturing me on how one should make an appointment and how lucky I was to have gotten the U-Haul. I just thought he was being conversational, and I had only made the reservation the night before, so I thought he was trying to kind of urge me to make the reservation earlier next time or something. But as he was getting ready to take me out to inspect the vehicle, another customer came in. The interaction got more confusing at this point when the owner got a little flustered asking who he had spoken with on the phone. He (or someone) had spoken to both of us on the phone, but I guess this customer who came in didn't have a reservation..... which is when it clicked for me that he may have thought I was someone else the whole time. Now on my online reservation, I had arranged for there to be another driver. So I came to find out that my other driver wasn't on my current contract. It just seems to me that it should be common practice/procedure to make sure when someone walks in that you aren't making assumptions about them. He could have asked me when I came in if I had a reservation already. And even when making a new contract, shouldn't it be common practice to ask if there will be other drivers? Fast forward to using the U-Haul... it broke down. Then when they sent a mechanic out, the mechanic proceeded to try to blame the engine failure on my driver. I don't know if the mechanic is tied to the shop owner at all, but it was incredibly rude and unprofessional for them to try to pin a hole in the engine on us. Ridiculous. Then they proceeded to charge us for extra time with the U-Haul that we could not have avoided because of the engine failure, and the U-Haul had to be towed to our residence because it already had the furniture we were hauling in it. Thankfully, the U-Haul Customer Service team is excellent. They took care of me and all extra charges have been refunded. This shop owner seems like a nice enough person, but it would be much more professional to not make assumptions about who the customers are walking through his door. And if that mechanic is related to his business in any way, well... that was a very negative interaction.

This is not a dedicated U-Haul location, so there are a limited number of vehicles and supplies available. However, its location is convenient for me and the agent is both knowledgeable and accommodating, so it's my first choice for a truck or van rental. This is the first time I rented using the U-Haul smartphone app, and I was very impressed by how easy it was to use and how much time it saved!

When I returned truck, my fuel gauge was at 3/4 a tank. Why is there no refund to the customer for the extra fuel YOU received upon truck return? U-Haul policy to rip off customer? As with car rental companies, when you pickup your U-Haul rental truck, maybe U-Haul policy should have the fuel tank at FULL and require customer return truck at full or be charged a fee. Seems like that policy would make better sense, no?

Worst....Uhaul dealer....ever Owners are the rudest people I've ever met. They pressure you into buying the insurance and any little ads-on then when you deny the insurance add on they rush you during the inspection process claiming their system shuts off after "3 minutes" They tried to keep me from taking pictures of the truck I was renting so I couldn't keep track of damages that were already there. When I went to return after hours they key drop was nowhere to be found. So I had to come back the next morning when they were open to return in person. Lastly, WORST customer service EVER- DO NOT RENT HERE

Equipment was faulty, the engine light was on. I notified the manger, person renting the u-haul, he didn’t seem concerned! He even talked me into purchasing insurance, that I normally don’t purchase! I think I may have been over charged as well. I returned the truck the same day and added gas. Not happy with the service.

My experience at this uhaul location was TERRIBLE. It is run by a couple of mannerless guys. They were both very rude to me. I was really shocked by their rudeness. I am NEVER going to use UHaul for my future uses. You just lost a good customer today

For the time and size of truck I needed, I overpaid. I told the guy that it was cheaper online by $60 and he said either I take the truck or he was going to give it to someone else. Desperate times call for desperate measures, so I had to take the truck. Never coming here again! Only good thing is that the truck was clean.
