This place was scary. Dogs were running around barking, and I could hardly understand the man who came out of the barn to see what we were doing there. If there hadn’t been other Uhaul trailers parked, I would have left without unhitching and found another drop off location. He mumbled that he’d take care of checking in the trailer but I later received an email from UHaul stating the trailer hadn’t been returned yet. I had to drive back to this location, take pictures and return it myself due to his incompetence.

Robert JonesThe tow Dolly was virtually in usable. Both ratchets were so corroded that it took an hour of effort to unroll them at the pickup site. The ramps also were not lubricated taking extreme effort to get them extended. After spending two hours on site getting the tie downs released and the ramps extended I gave up attempting to load the car fearful that the ramps and ratchets would not work properly once the vehicle was loaded. I returned the Dolly to the rental shop. And informed the worker of the situation. He just shrugged his shoulders and I left in disgust. I feel like I should be reimbursed for a worthless rental.

Alvin BurdetteThe place looked really sketchy. There was nobody around when we arrived to return it yet there was trash burning in a barrel on site. Called the number on the paperwork and were told by the woman that answered that "I don't need to be there, just leave it". Only problem was we couldn't get it off our trailer hitch. There was nobody to help us and my brother injured his back trying to lift it off the hitch by hand. NEVER USE THIS LOCATION

Eugene ChurchWe turned the truck in on Monday at 10am... an hour before the required check-in. I received an email the next day indicating it had not been returned. I was a little concerned and call your 800 number to get this cleared up. I'm not sure what happened, but am glad UHaul now knows we returned the 15' truck.

Then was rude to me asking if I was “the 907 drop?” Like I’m supposed to know what that means. Then forced me to park the trailer in a specific way so he didn’t have to cut the grass. I was very concerned with my drop and didn’t get checked as returned until the next day

Erich WaldingerThe lady there was friendly and tried to be helpful but the man, Robert, who I have dealt with twice now is not friendly or helpful and is very rude. He doesn't acknowledge you, speak to you or respond to you even when you simply say thank you and acts annoyed that you are even there.
Paula LoweThis drop off location was a huge trash heap! The guy there kept complaining about too much inventory of Uhaul equipment and yes they did have a huge amount of it. He told me where to put the car transport and left! No help at all! I had to back into an area that was full of Uhaul stuff and got eat up with fireants. Stunk! Plus my initial quote was different and I was charged MORE! Yeah, no way I would recommend Uhaul for anything in the future.

I returned my equipment on 07-23-2022 I only used it for 6 hours and the lady charge me if I had it for almost 2 months. Scam!!! Uhaul has still my money $1428.35 dollars!! This is a disappointment out the company for trusting people like this I will sue both of you ( the company and the third party lady ) if my money isn’t back. Y account is now negative because of y’all.

Brady CrossThe on-site rep, who I found only after walking around the building twice while repeated calling “Hello”, was grumpy and unhelpful. Once he got trailer hitch on ball, he just walked away without checking to see if I wanted help with electrical hookup or safety chains or if hookup was safe. OTOH, the phone rep who helped with reservation was friendly and professional.
Dean BarsaleauGentleman was rude, not cooperative and generally angry. Made me park the trailer in an inhospitable field , without helping me park the trailer as he had pointed where to leave it and brusquely walked away. I was forced to then un-hitch the trailer and when I was done , I asked for a receipt , and was told “I aint got nothing to do with that” baked a phone number at me and told me to call them! Great service for an overpriced Trailer!!

Eric MatthysThis location was in the middle of nowhere on a muddy lot with no office and very difficult even find anyone that could help in delivering (checking over the equipment and helping with the delivery process. The person who I finally located acted like he was doing me a favor to accept the trailer. He did finally helped remove the trailer from the hitch.
Charles StuckeyNo Uhaul person on-site. A mechanic gave me a number to call and I spoke with someone who “checked me out”. Ridiculous. I will never rent there again.
DAVID HADESTYThe person at the lot knew nothing of our utility trailer reservation. We had to call the manager ourselves. First piece of equipment we went to get was damaged. The second one that we hooked up had no safety chain, but we were already late due to the excessive length of time it took to process the rental, so we used it, but felt unsafe doing so. We won’t rent here again.

Barry BoosDiscusting mud hole surrounded by broken down trailer homes. Chickens and Roosters everywhere. Mosquitos galore because of the mud and pot holes. Trash everywhere. Someone needs to find a better place in the area for the trailer returns. In the past we were able to return to Monster Self Storage. We called there in advance and they said they were getting out of the UHaul business and would not take the 6x12 trailer. The grumpy gentleman at the return property would not give us a receipt for the return (by the looks of the place he probably had no means of printing one) . When I mentioned this to Leah at Monster she offered to print us a return receipt. I would expect more from this company.
Michael SmithThere was no one at the location when I first got there. After 20 minutes someone showed up and gave me a key to the wrong truck. He wasn’t rude but he seemed very aggravated because he didn’t know no one had told him that I was there to pick up a truck. Very unprofessional

PATRICK BRUNETTEI was charged two separate times, and been trying to get in 5ouch with customer service or support. Stayed on hold for 42 mins, tried email as well as online chat and haven't had any luck. I'd appreciate someone calling or would like to speak with someone about this as soon as able. brittany rogersI had to load the dolly myself never spoke to anyone then the vehicle that I told you how I needed to do would not fit on the dolly it was no good to me and I still have not got a refund because I cannot get through to the 800 number

Quinton RichThe shop should be open. I shouldn't have to wait two hours and change my entire schedule. Calling customer service was an additional waste of an hour if my time. I was literally told, nothing ng we can do about them not being there, nothing we can do about the wait, nothing we can do about the charges, nothing ng we can do about nothing about nothing. The rep suggested I go to a location that was about an hour away. I have could stay have to pay for miles though. This or son should be fired, how in earth does that make any sense. I wouldn't recommend uhaul to an enemy let alone someone I like.

Larry ConradI had my location changed by 12 miles from where I rented. I was not informed of this until 2 days before my move. Had to change my entire schedule. Also emailed about this and am yet to get an answer. I also tried to call and after holding for extended times, your system would just cut off. Starting mileage was off by 34 miles. The extra driving because I had to drive 12 miles out of my way, going and returning the truck cost me an additional 24 miles, totaling 58 miles overcharge, not including the inconvenience of time. And the truck, it did not have a sign of shocks on it. Roughest riding truck I have ever used, and I have used many UHauls over my 62 years, and never a complaint. Your service stinks, You have been paid and I am sure you are too busy to even address this. I will look elsewhere for moving vehicles in the future. Steve Rector Salem SC

roger jonesThe rental wasnt for me. I paid the daily rental for a friend. I told the sales clerk over the phone to not charge my card but the one rental fee. 20 dollars turned into almost 400 dollars. Thats fraud. I would like part of my money back. The billing was inadequate. Highway robbery.

Vincent Troisithis truck was a new one it was find but again she said she would email me a contragt but never did she said it would be the same as the truck i the day before 40. aday for the extra days but when i dropped it of she said she had to charge me 65.00 a day that not right and she said it gas was 3/4of a tank but it was only 1/2 so she charge me 65.00 for gas so i had to over pay 285.00
JIM HELLERThe truck was old and had no power steering and the engine light was on had a hard time keeping up to 50 miles an hour on highway she said her computer wasn't working so she would email me a contract later never did it had 3/4 of gas when i got it and i made sure it was the same when i drop it of for the extra days i was charge 40.00 a day i agreed
JIM HELLERWhat a joke. The friendliness of a rock. Had to walk around in wet grass and the rain to find a place to park the trailer, had to then drive thru a field to then park the trailer. Absolutely zero help offered to unhook and park the trailer. If this is the face of UHaul than this was my last ever rental from UHaul
