this was not my original location. I reserved this trailer two weeks in advance for a location a mile from my work so I can pick it up on the way home. That location called me a few hours in advance to tell me they did not have the trailer. So rather than taking the time to get the trailer from Smithfield and bring it to where it was supposed to be it was left up for me to make the call to the service center to find one myself and drive out of my way to pick it up. I have no problem with the customer service from the location in Smithfield that I picked it up at; he was kind, professional, and exceptional. However there is no excuse for me to have to correct the mistake from the Clayton dispatch. None!

SAMMIE B.Charlie was the station manager for the U-Haul site at 1343 W. Market Street in Smithfield where I picked up my van. He let me park my vehicle in the middle to enhance the camera view and offered me a mask. His approach to customer service was the best I have ever seen. I have told both of my neighbors about the experience and will definitely be using equipment at his site again very soon. I think Charlie should be the manager trainer for all the other managers who work at your company. I have used U-Haul equipment for most of my life (30 years military service) and this was by far the best experience that I've ever had.

hosea B.When I opened the truck it smelled of cigarettes. This was the only cleaning issue I had. For that reason I had to select “noâ€. For a non-smoker this made being in the truck difficult. Other than that all was fine. The lot was well let when I returned the truck last night.

lina A.Once selecting a location, you should not chose ones that don't open at selected time. For example: wanted to pick up at 8 at location that is open at 5am, since uhaul size wasn't available, we were moved to a different location that didn't open until 9.

MICHAEL B.This was the 3rd place I had to go to to get a trailer that was supposedly garuanteed to me at the first place and to make things worse I had to take a much smaller trailer than what i had ordered. which made for an extra trip to get everything there 2 hours each way .Very disappointed with uhaul once again
