Fix the attitude of the employees. The morning employee was very nice and helpful. When returning the U-Haul that afternoon and asking for them to come inspect it, the key was taken out of my hand and thrown on the counter. The employee looked and my and said "no I don't need to inspect it, if not right you will get an email". When renting the truck, the truck was dirty with food crumbs everywhere. Will have better experience somewhere else.

The cab had stains and sticky residue everywhere. Then I get charged $25.00 for cleaning…seems wholly unfair to me when I received a dirty truck.
Alexander SU-Haul has a major problem and you know it. There is obviously no real vetting of a franchise. People that don't speak English people that sell drugs in the building places in the worst sections of town you name it.

JEREMY GWas charged a $25 dollar cleaning fee.... I have pictures of vehicle in its return condition taken at the return facility..... other wise would be fine. But fees like there are a deal breaker for me.... if you charge a "cleaning" fee... jut put it in the advertised price.

TIMOTHY LI didn't use all the miles I requested, and after the three day period I was informed it would take, have yet to receive the difference in price refunded back. I think uhaul as a company should check to ensure ALL its vendors are entering the correct information into the final receipt, as well as, ensuring the money due back to customers is in fact refunded because if a customer has to pay uhaul any overages the site do ensure they get their money.
RUSSELL RI left my comforter set and a brand new push broom in the back of the truck. I only live 10mins from the location. I was calling to let them know I left those items and I would come get them. They never answered the phone after repeated calls. When I got to the location, the items were no longer in the truck. I went inside and spoke with the worker. He gave me the comforter set but they stole my brand new broom. They have lost a customer. If you look back, I rent from them all of the time. They've lost a customer.

Had to wait 45 minutes on the phone before finally getting my truck and keys. Got to my destination and discovered I did not have the appliance dolly I had requested, which made moving the washer and dryer loads of fun. This experience with Uhaul was a nightmare, and this location did nothing to help.

Danny SMake sure equipment actually ends up on the truck. I was missing the furniture dolly I paid for. Also, when you call the 1800 helpline make sure they put their name or employee id somewhere. The second person that helped was frustrated that she couldn't ask the other person a question because they hadn't put any notes in and had no choice but to charge me an extra $40 because of that. Both were very friendly and supportive.
