The truck has not been cleaned. It had something spilled on the engine hump and garbage in the cab and box. The lights on the trailer did not all work. The helper did not know how to safely hook up the trailer. Gas level was 3/4 but stated full on paperwork. Fortunately I took a picture of the dash so I did not get charged for it when checked back in.

Mario FPick Up took way longer than it should have because the Skymart associate didn't understand that we had already checked in via the mobile app & tried to take us through the process a second time but the reservation obviously wasn't showing up for her to initiate check-in because it had already been done. Maybe somehow send a confirmation to the associate saying that we've already taken care of things on our side so she can just hand us a key & send us along?
