John OttsI used the mobile pickup and it was a hassle. The truck had 150k miles and was well past it's prime, no cruise control, and a short loading ramp. The pickup/dropoff area had very little service with AT&T. I used the vehicle for 45 hours but I was charged an additional day because it said I dropped off a mile away from the dropoff area. I had poor service so I began driving away in my personal vehicle while the dropoff was processing. I had to call later and get the overcharge reversed. The truck had so many dents and dings on it that I couldn't possibly document all of them and simply had to take a video. The engine had a stall as if it had a bad coil pack which I am sure effected the mileage which is a negative with gasoline so high right now. I am glad I only use the truck local. I could not imagine attempting to drive across state.
Hance WoodyAlex was amazing! So friendly and helpful. Bring your own hitch stinger and ball. This is not a corporate location so they only rent equipment, no parts, hand trucks, boxes, blankets etc. Just straight up helpful service.
Matt LinfordFirst of all, this 24/7 pickup drop off is a joke. You have to jump through hoops just to get a key from a metal box, that is inaccessible because the lock is garbage. Taking a selfie and giving out my family members phone numbers for identification purposes? You could have told me that prior to pickup so I wasn't standing in the rain trying to get a key out! The truck? Brakes barely worked. Someone is going to get hurt. Speedometer? Broken. Battery light kept coming on. When that happened, mileage would disappear. It was real fun at drop off trying to get a picture of the mileage that kept disappearing because the damn battery light kept coming on. I will never, ever do this again.

Barbara RobinsonUhaul is charging me for gas, when I filled it back up at the same spot as it was when I first got to the uhaul and took pictures before I left I noticed they didn’t take the fuel charge off I tried calling several times to be put on hold for an hour! For them to hang up ? I had to have them call me finally someone called me back after a week! saying they don’t work in that department and they transferred me over to someone I have to hold for an hour for uhaul steals your money without you noticing and gets away with it I have my own business where I constantly rent moving trucks I will no longer do business with uhaul but it’s ok they can make millions stealing “fuel charge” and or other hidden fees

Mark MattisonThis is a run down convenient/liquor store. The guy attempted to have me conduct his vehicle inspection for him, which I told him I was not going to do, which led him to telling me that he was going to have to charge me $20 if I made him do it, so I told him to charge me and left. Gross drop off establishment and shady operation altogether. I have called and submitted a complaint against the wrongful $20 charge, currently waiting for a call back from management regarding the overall experience. Not what I had expected given that I have used U-haul 3-4 times in the past 6 months without issues, including the drop off locations, there is just something about this one that needs to be looked into.

Jeremy ByronOnline experience booking the truck was horrible, confusing, Availability for 26' truck was extremely limiteds. I had to drive 12plus miles to pick the truck up. After I picked the truck up, the next 3 days, the AC DID NOT WORK! I am in Phoenix AZ so I was in triple digit heat with no AC. I tried calling customer service and was transferred 3 times and spent HOURS on hold!!! still have not spoken to anyone about this yet I could not wait on hold any longer. I put over $180 in gas in the truck and had no AC. about 20 plus miles was because I had to pick up and drop off from one location because of limited availability. I want to speak to someone. Worst experience ever.
Joshua McdermottI had rented a trailer and reserved a hitch install 2 months prior to my move . I called multiple times to confirm the install and when I showed up on thr day the technician nor the part was ordered. Called customer service over 4 times with them stating they will call me back .... no one ccx called me back. I had to purchase the hitch myself and then get it installed at uhual where he charged me for two hours of work even though I was only there for 45 minutes. On the day I was suppose to pick up my trailer that I reserved 2 months prior they didnt have the 5x8 at the location i originally asked for and made me drive 45 minutes to get it . Very very poor experience
Neel PatelI was surprised when I received my final emailed bill, and it included an after hours fee of $20. This was the first I’d heard of such fee. Every charge should be disclosed up front.
