Ramdane FirlasThe App is horrible, i had to go through safari to get the code for my key. And it takes long to do it while you’re standing in front of the box. You should advise to stay on the car while doing the long process to get the number. And the drop off is awful too, it’s cold and after a long day driving and moving you have to take pictures of the van. Of course after all the questions and again the app didn’t work for the payment part. So I had to go thought it all once again in safari. The people in this office are really nice it’s just when I need the pick up on the weekend they’re closed and I’m stuck with the online process. I’m glad that’s an option but I wish you could make it easier and improve the app cause that thing it doesn’t work.

German TorresTrès déçu du service, j'ai pris un forfait 2 jours l homme me mentionne 272$ avec taxe sans frais. Lorsque je suis suis venu le chercher l'homme mentionne 387$ avec taxe. J'ai vu payé 115$ de plus pour le même forfait. La journée même où je devais déménager puis il mentionnait qu'il ne peut rien y faire. PU JAMAIS JE FERAI AFFAIRE AVEC U-HAUL. PUIS JE VAIS EN PARLÉ SUR LES RÉSEAUX SOCIAUX DU TYPE D'ARNAQUE DE CHANGER LES PRIX DERNIÈRE MINUTE. SANS COMPTER QUE J'AI ATTENDU 1H AU COMPTOIR POUR AVOIR LES CLÉS DU VÉHICULE.

Jean Borduasthen, when i arrived at the closed dunham place, on the website i checkout the truck everything went well.... cause i didnt wanna pay the 20$..... and guess what? they charged 20$ on the final invoice....super disapointed on the service........we even voicemail the company to notice that we drop the truck in their yard and we still have to pay the 20$..... i do not recommand U-haul unfortunately....

Richard CarolePropriétaire sympathique et professionnel. Le « libre-service » via l’application et l’application sont merdiques. Heureusement que le propriétaire s’était rendu sur les lieux exceptionnellement, car après 40min je n’avais toujours pas réussi à obtenir les informations nécessaires via l’application pour me procurer les clefs. Le propriétaire, via sont propre système informatique a résolu le tout en quelques minutes seulement. Svp, quant à fournir un système qui a pour but de faciliter l’acquisition d’un camion, faites-le pour vrai. Le propriétaire dit aux clients de se déplacer les vendredis pour prendre possession des clefs, et ce, même si la réservation est prévue le samedi, car l’application n’est pas fonctionnelle.

PIERRE BIRONThe company sign by the road is small and if you don't know where it is exactly it is difficult to find. Also the entrance to access where the trucks are has no lights and is very narrow.
