Great experience. The staff was very helpful and got me in and out. I used precheck-in online which really sped up the process, I highly recommend doing that before you pickup your Uhaul.

The price and could be much better. I can go to enterprise and rent a car or truck for cheaper. Do you haul was great but for the pricing I wish straps or appliance dolly was included at least.

This U-Haul location, Sinclair Motor Company, provided excellent service! They made a moving chore on a hot, humid day less dreadful by having the van serviced and ready— and a great working AC in the van😄 Completing the paperwork was easy and effortless as the experienced staff was incredibly competent explaining everything clearly and succinctly! They went above and beyond to help me to resolve my issue with uhaul. The uhaul center office rescheduled me multiple times that day and made my day a hassle. This location however took it as their personal responsibility to make up for the errors which were not of their own doing and really did their best to try to help me. I left there with a good quality truck and had a very easy time with them.
