Alicia BThe lock box was very hard to open . The customer service wasn’t good at this location mostly eveything you had to do on its in . The truck I had didn’t have ramp to safely pull furniture uo and down off the truck . The air did not work in 100 degree weather . I had to move at a certain time and didn’t have time to call customer service and change trucks at the location because everything was done over the phone . Next time I will go to a uhaul place where I can get in person assistance in Albany Ga . This was very hot experience and stressful with stuff not working properly !

Stan MNot much to improve on everything I had was perfect Leslie was a really nice person at this U-Haul store where I rented a 15 ft Mama's Attic van. She was so nice that she called me about my Jeep parked in the parking lot she wasn't sure if it was mine so she called me to ask and I said was there anything wrong with where I parked she said no I didn't really tell you exactly where to park at so it was sort of my fault but I'm so glad she did so it wouldn't have got towed away it's not much I can say about you all they've been really great I've rented a 26 ft Mama's Attic brand new Chevrolet kick no Kodiak it was called a Kodiak and that was brand new it had less than 500 miles on it that thing was great I drove that up from Zephyrhills Florida to lake City Florida no problem excellent then this time I drove a Ford f-450 van 15 ft with Mama's Attic that thing was great it had excellent breaks it was set up with a hit so I could have pulled just about anything with it had more than enough room with a 15 footer they say two bedrooms I don't know if you don't have a lot in these bedrooms you can probably put three in there but I had just a great experience that's not much more I can say I mean it's it was they were great everything was provided for you blankets a little truck cart to move refrigerators washing machines and dryers if you had to put a strap on it and you're good to go I sure do appreciate you all the only one I use out of all the brands out there I think U-Haul is the best I've used them twice to move my Jeep from one part of the state to the next and actually from North Florida to Albany Georgia and that was tremendous little help there by telling my other Jeep behind my WJ Grand Cherokee it was great no one my XJ was with us on our trip up to here now we're looking for property and probably will use U-Haul again to move thanks so much you all I super appreciate you guys keep up the good work God bless you all everybody stay safe this world is crazy nowadays so don't put things off go do them she only got one life thank you

Andrew BCleaner vehicles, had bad smell on the inside, engine light stayed on, did not have the dolly and furniture pads I requested when I picked up the truck. Vehicle was old and rough riding. White paint on the front had been repainted with a paint brush.

frank mWhen booking I said I did not want insurance but they attached it to my bill instead. Called the 800 number to discuss and they were to have a manager to call me back and as of returning the unit no call back.
Tracy PI have rented from this location several times. They are super people that work with you and helps out when they can.
Lynda GMy return didn’t show up in this location’s computer. I called as soon as they opened at 8 on Monday morning and she said it wasn’t in her system. I asked her if she had checked the drop box and she went and checked and got it checked in. Computers have a mind of their own. Glad I called to confirm so that there wasn’t any mix up of extra charges, etc.

Lorina DWe discovered that the truck had a large gas leak. When reported to Simplesafe serve, there was no concern at all. This gas leak presented as a safely issue and was obviously poorly patched.
