The inside of the windshield was so dirty I couldn't see while driving on a highway when the sun was setting. I was very frightened as there was construction and I couldn't pull over. I was practically driving at a high speed blind. The dirt was not on the inside. I used the windshield washer and wipers several times. I have rented 3 moving trucks from uhaul in the past couple of months. This was my worst experience with pick up from this location. The process took very long as the cashier had to check out customers while I had to keep stepping to the side waiting. I highly recommend pick up from Empire Tire in Oak Forest on Cicero Ave. The trucks I picked up. Were clean and the puck up process was quick, friendly and professional.

Bryan GI was supposed to pick up a utility dolly along with my trailer but this location did not have one available. As a result I had to go to another U-haul location 20 minutes away to rent one at a higher cost. In addition, the person who rented me the u-haul trailer spoke very poor English and he was very hard to understand. After I left the location and when I got home I checked my receipt and noticed that I was charged for the utility dolly. This added unnecessary stress to the entire situation as I had to call U-Haul to get the situation corrected. When I attempted to call the gas station where I picked up the U-Haul no one picked up. However, even if the man picked up I would not have been able to communicate with him so that's why I called the U-Haul number. I would not recommend this location. This was not the location I was supposed to pick up the trailer but my preferred location did not have a trailer available. Why U-Haul would send me to an alternate location where there was no utility dolly for me to pick up does not make sense. .

PRINCE PI was charge a fuel charge of $30 and 8 dollars for gas. I replaced the gas I used. I drove 9 miles and and put nearly two gallons of gas in. Absolutely unexplainable
OSEPH OThe interior of the trailer had dirt inside and two hours into my trip the tire blew out.

JOSEPH EI ordered an appliance dolly online for$10, however when I arrived at the rental location. The gentleman there told me that he didn't have an appliance dolly there, he said I could use his "PERSONAL" dolly. Which was orange & had U-haul written all over it! He then said I could use the dolly at no cost, which was a LIE! he charged me $7.00, plus the $10.00 charge for the appliance dolly which he didn't have. Then on top of that he charged me an additional $10.00 for furniture covers I NEVER ORDERED! So I was charged $27.00 in extra charges.
