Robert DWe rented a 26 ft box truck .. The worst ride I’ve ever had …. You felt every bump in the road .. 2 mile stretch on 441 south of Apoka which is concrete thought we were on a bucking bronco .. Put some air suspension on these vehicles.. I driven some junk tractor/trailers with Pepsi … I mean junk and those semis were more kind to the the body than that Uhaul truck .. talked to a couple of people about the riding experience and your vehicles are known for that . That’s a shame …. On a positive note it got the job done , easy to use and rental location was quick and efficient !!!
Bryan IAdvise the proprietor to improve the signage as Uhaul signs were on the outside but you walk into a hair salon with no reference to Uhaul whatsoever so you don’t know if your in the right location or not. Otherwise it was a good experience

Ernest AThis location is a nail and tanning salon. Although I have no issue with the business, incompetence of simply hooking up a 12' x 6' trailer correctly resulted in failure of the trailer lights and damage to the light harness. The equipment is dirty and not maintained probably. Had a tire failure as well and the corporate response was phenomenal, both professional and compassionate, still cost three hour down time, having to pay moving labor for nothing, and with the trailer light issue, which ould have been disastrous, was not safe. Using U-Haul for decades and will continue but be careful WHERE you pick-up your rental.

They went above and beyond to open for me when they were closed to accommodate my schedule. Wow! Who does that anymore! I will be a customer for life.

Scott MWe ended up at Silver Line because the U-Haul vendor nearest our home, where we had reserved a 6x12 cargo trailer, had the trailer but the turn-signal lights did not function. Fortunately, Silver Line had the trailer we needed, stayed open past 5 pm so we could pick it up, and were very professional and friendly. I will go straight to Silver Line next time we need a rental.

Stephanie RThe people at this site were exceptionally helpful in a difficult situation. U-Haul Corporate, however, was the exact opposite -- unhelpful, confusing, uncommunicative and clueless. The equipment was fine except for the safety chain hooks; they were crushed and would not fit into or through the standard safety chain attachment loops on my truck. We had to do a workaround that didn't compromise safety.

gay sI arrived to the location about 40 minutes later than our reservation. The truck was not ready. It was dirty throughout and needed breaker fluid. When I mentioned the $50 reservation guarantee they told me that I wasn’t at my reservation on time therefore forfeiting my guarantee. Even though it was not ready even after the reservation time. I had to wait at least 40 minutes for the truck. There was also multiple issues with the truck and no walk through done.
