Courtney HOnline pick up is fine, but I was outside under the sun at 90F, so it was not fun. For example, each time one clicks "continue", the screen dims (I guess to indicate things are being processed), and it was impossible to see under the daylight. The whole process took 20min... under the sun at 90F :)

roger sThe first drop-off wouldn't accept the truck because they had no room. It was a neighborhood market. When I called Uhaul I was told they had previously emailed and texted me a different drop-off, but I didn't receive either. No problem, it was only 5 miles away. Next location was a tiny used car lot. Closed on an early Thursday afternoon, no where to park. I put the 26ft truck across the street in the grass and hoped for the best. Got a confirmation email that evening. What can you do better? Make sure the drop-off location can accommodate the truck you're asking me to drop off.

Kevin VThe owner was very helpful and polite. However, there is no signage for Uhaul. Took two times around the block to make sure I was in the right place, or entrance. Difficult to pick up trailer (could not have done it without owners help. It would also be helpful if the renter was told about the size of the hitch ball before arrival.

Warren WI picked on the car on e and returned with a little more than I got it. I was charged $170 for fuel. Speaking with the customer service they told me the gas was at 3/4 tank when I received but they have a picture of the gas level. Waiting for supervisor to call me back with a resolution.
