I chose this location as a drop-off because they were supposed to be open on the day of the return. They were not open, so I proceeded to complete the return on my phone and drop the keys off in the drop box. Two days later, I get charged $25 for a cleaning fee? I used the truck for only a few hours and returned it in the exact condition that it was rented. Even the pictures the sent of the back shows a clean truck. This is a scam charge because they know most people won't fight it. I will never use them and do not recommend them to anyone.

houston mJoe is a wonderful and helpful guy. My husband and I have had trouble trying to use the online Uhaul program so Joe does it for us. There are always “glitches” with the computer, even for him. A company this large should be able to come up with better software!

Patricia WThis location is 20 miles from my new. I paid with cash including deposit. My email receipt says I am owed $55. I have not been able to get my money. I dropped the truck after hours and left the key and paperwork in the drop box. I called once during biz hours- no answer. I went there in person - place was closed. Call again on Monday, A man answered I told him why I calling. He said he was driving and would call me when he got to his computer. Also, he told he didn’t remember my name or getting a 26’ truck in that night. But there is no way he could have missed it. I used it block in his other units. It would have had to been moved to get their other stuff. HE HAD NOT CALLED OR TEXTED. I have the invoice and WANT MY MONEY. This is starting to feel like a flim-flam. Brad CThis time we had the 5 x 8 that had a rolltop door. We found that difficult to work with. We prefer the two doors that open out. I don’t know if we have a choice on that or not. Nevertheless, the move went fine.

TYLER GI returned the. Equipment early, clean and the fuel was where it should be. I was charged $10.00 cleaning fee. Don’t think I’ll be using you again.

Roger OI received personal attention by Mr. Schrewsberry. He was very accommodating to the 2 time changes for the pick up of my rental truck. Pleasant, easily accessible and returned my phone calls promptly. He was very helpful and made sure all my needs were met.

Lawanda SI can’t say enough about Joe. My wife and I found ourselves broken down about 10 minutes from him on the hwy. Not only was Joe helpful in getting us a hauler for our vehicle but he also picked us up from the highway out of the kindness of his heart. He took several back roads and walked 100yds across a field to find us and give us a ride to his dealership. He even called later that evening to make sure we made it safe to our destination. We’ve traveled the country and met hundreds of people but Joe is at the top of our list in regards to kindness, compassion and community.

MELISSA HWe selected oilton bc it popped up as the closet location from our house.. then we learned there was one in Cleveland 15 minutes from our house but this location did not pop up as a pick up site so we had to choose oilton. We were called the day before our pick up and told we had to go all the way to bristow to pick up.. we were not happy having to drive an hour to pick up when they had a 6x12 trailer at Cleveland the whole time literally every time we drove by in town. We reserved two weeks early. We had a 13 hour drive to move so it would have been convenient to only have a 30 minute round trip for pick up instead of a two hour round trip just to pick up.If I select a place that's closest to me don't change it to an hour away from me. Then the person from bristow acted like we were stupid by telling us if they don't have one in oilton that does you no good.. no duh it does me no good obviously! They should have drove it to oilton or Cleveland then because I did not ask to drive all the way to bristow to pick up..I don't understand why we couldn't have picked up from Cleveland in the first place.. I will never rent from uhaul for this reason.again.

John BI rented the truck for my employee. I entered my credit card information online using my logged in account, however when my employee arrived on site, they were required to pay for the truck using their own credit card.
