There was a power outage at the time I tried to put gas back in the truck and offered to pay in cash, but was told that I had to take it up with the company. I called the company and was told to wait until I received the receipt. I do not feel I should be charged the extra for Gas when I tried several stations that was down at the time because of the black out. Please let me know how I can resolve this!Regenia D.

The store associate was not present at the store location. When called, she picked up, however, she was not there to assist me. Upon receiving the 10ft truck, the gas tank was at a quarter, however, they requested that I refill it to a half of tank (however, I have pictures as proof. Besides, I only went 11 miles).Mario P.

When you know a customer is dropping off a truck, be there during your business hours or contact the customer if unforeseen circumstances require you to close for the day. Train dealers on Uhaul's policy when customers drop off trucks after hours (I.e., importance of documenting the return, etc).JOSEPH F.

Gave me a truck with the mileage being 100 miles off because the owner let her dad drive it and I got stuck paying for all his miles when I got the keys I drove 11 miles I've left a message as soon as I left to inform them my mileage doesn't match on my contract and recorded my Miles and they still charged me and ignoring my calls!!! Agent was very rude didn't want to explain charges ,was very dominant about me returning the truck back to her location she was very displeased when I told her where I was traveling to I asked was there a problem of me going to my location she said just when people take her trucks there she never get them back if I wasn't in dire need of a truck at that time I would have canceled my reservationmark H.

The maple hts location was fine, it was the Bedford one I was supposed to rent from that was very poor customer service. I called telling them I had a two bedroom house with 2 sets of living room furniture snf a dinning room they gave me a truck for a studio apartment. I had to make 3 trips and find someone with a pick up truck!! Then got charged for extra miles!! They rescheduled me last minute, then transfered my order wrong and gave me the wrong location!! The lady in Maple hts told me she moved a month prior. Then when I tried to tell the guy that he hung up on me after saying he had other customers.Dee H.
