Ernesto SAdvise staff to ensure they verify the gas levels before charging customers for gas. I brought my truck back with the same amount of gas as I started with and they tried to charge me for more gas because the level of gas was inaccurate when i left with the truck. I took pictures before and after and was able to prove the gas level they had was incorrect. They did refund me the difference after I sent the pictures

Keith MOverall, I’m actually very disappointed with my rental as a looked at my receipt and noticed I got charged a fuel fee as well as almost $20 for fuel when I had just under a quarter of a tank when I took the truck and just under a quarter of a tank when I brought it back

Return was fast efficient and always friendly employees. I drove an hour for both my rentals just because of the impeccable employees and service. Dakota was one employee and I can’t recall the gentleman’s name that rented to me on Tuesday afternoon and same guy who checked me back in on Wednesday morning. Great job guys!! I’ll be back for sure.
