Windshield was COVERED in bugs. We had to use steel wool to get it clean. The interior had something spilled all over. My daughter cleaned the whole dash/ console. Also the steering wheel was not adjustable so I had to stretch to see over it. Definitely gave me a sore neck. Oil looked low but fortunately stayed at that level. I was surprised at that presentation .neala S.

A little hard to find in the strip mall location. After leaving the facility and driving awhile, found out the passenger door did not lock or unlock from the inside as well as you couldn't open the passenger door from the inside. A little un-nerving if you had to exit the truck quickly from the passenger side.Paul D P.

The Uhaul rentals/returns is located in the middle of this HUGE store. It's quite a distance to walk for people if they have orthopedic issues such as myself. ESPECIALLY after moving all day. Need to relocate return/rental counter closer to a door.Elnora O.

I drove 4 miles in a 15' truck, put nearly a gallon of gas in it, and was charged for ~2 gals of gas. Over 10% of my total rental costs was due to these 2 gals of gas. Very unhappy but not worth driving back for $12Robert N.
Vehicle I reserved for 10am Sunday had not been returned, but it was due back 1pm Saturday. Someone could have called me and moved my reservation to another location, but instead I got stuck with a less capable vehicle.KEITH B.

I do not recommend Uhaul. I rented a truck for a few hours and let both the representative on the phone as well as the representative in person know I would be returning the truck after hours. I was told both times this would be fine and the rate would be the same. After returning the truck I got a breakdown of my charges and I was charged for two days as well as two insurance payments. I tried getting this resolved at the shopper supply store I rented the uhaul from as well as reached out to I haul with no help whatsoever.Shade W.

They over charge me. First when I went there to go pick inside, I had to wait 15 minutes to check out and then when I return, I had to wait additional 10 minutes inside and when I received my invoice, I have 19.95 charges twice. I can't call them since they are closed for the day.Muhammad B.

Requirements or MOBILE CHECK in should be more clear... I went to location and then had to take pics of self and License which was not an issue, but then they requested other info (one of: SS card, Lease Agreement, or call to someone to verify), I just moved here and was not prepared for this additional requirement and was no longer at home and since moving, good luck finding that info! Luckily it was during normal business hours so I was able to go in the store to get my equipment and they were excellent about it.James C.

This place is not clearly marked as a U-haul location. You actually go into a Shopper store to find a u-haul desk in the middle of the store. The older gentleman at the counter seemed put off.Christopher B.

The drivers window was filthy from the inside like someone spit pop up all over the inside and spilled drinks in the cup holders and the floor never vacuumed. However the checkout process was easy and the people were friendly as can be and great place to shop.Steven S.

Moving truck was not clean. Windows full of bugs and interior dirty with food remains on floor. The previous renter should have been charged the $25 cleaning fee. This actually should be the responsibility of UHaul, especially during COVID.Darrel B.

The blankets were not included, I put that on the form, called, waited for a call back an hour later they called said I was first and line and it disconnected and never called back. It was $5 but still, I asked for them, did not get them and was charged for them, that's not really how things work.Erick B.

Self check in was not convenient this time. I ended up having to go into store and meet with an associate. There was a struggle verifying my identity even though I had done the same process with you before. It delayed me getting the vehicle about 40 mins. The associate was very apologetic and was great to work with.David V.
Charged me for 24 furniture blankets that were neatly folded and stored on the moms attic in back of uhaul. Went back to drop off location after receiving a notice from credit card company of additional charge within an hour after drop off and was told they missed seeing storage pads and could not reverse charge at their location and I would need to contact uhaul customer service. Waited on hold for 30 minutes for uhaul to answer and another 30 minutes for rep to attempt to call drop off location to confirm they had received pads . Rep was unable to talk to the store manager and confirm and told me they would submit a request to have store manager call me. Total bs on how this is being handled. I have disputed this additional charge and if pictures are needed I have them of pads being left in uhaul. Sing budget or hertz on next rental.ROGER E.
