The self pickup and dropoff process is a bit laborious. Could be streamlined to make it quicker and more efficient.
Channing SA slightly more thorough walk through would be helpful to ensure all equipment is as represented with no surprises.
SCOTT Athe self pick up U-Haul needs some help! it does not work as well as it is claimed to be a quick pick up point. After submitting my drivers license and info, it ways there is a verification needed but that page is not user friendly to know if it is loading or errored out or frozen. Additional UI on that page would make for a better experience and better instruction on how long it will take for the authorization to go through the U-Haul app.

Brian GWhat a rip off. I drove this uhaul 17 miles. It had a half tank of fuel. After the 17 miles I stopped for fuel and put $15 worth of fuel in. This idiot charged me for another 3 gallons of fuel! When I dropped off this uhaul the tank read half a tank. This is ridiculous in this economy to still try to rip people off. I'll be leaving negative reviews all over social media, yelp and google. I'll never rent uhaul again!

PAULA PThe app failed. I tried to check in but had an error about the equipment so I had to go inside. There was no problem. The truck was clean and fueled but I have a serious issue with the vehicle. Under any kind of acceleration the ac would turn off. It was 107. The ac was off almost completely on the freeway just trying to maintain any speed. Long drive back in the heat.

Jessie LI had a lot of difficulty starting the truck pickup process with my Samsung phone. The button to start the process would not show. Luckily my friend had an iPhone and it worked as expected. So there might be some capability issues with the app.

Carolynn PThis whole dealing with uhaul itself was one of the worst we have had. First needed casa grande. They sent us to maricopa. Got there trailer was horrible shouldn't have been on the road. The dealer there hadn't even look it over he just took the persons word that dropped it off that it was good. It wasn't. Lug nuts loose, no marker lights, plate light not working. Wasn't in great shape for a 1800 mile trip. If he would have checked it in properly uhaul could have called us to tell us needed to pick up at different location. As is now we were sent to Mesa another 45 minutes 1 way. Got there and this trailer had issues also. No marker light, bad tire, and more. As there wasn't anything else there. We were time constrained for loading and heading back out to Iowa. When got to Iowa to unload found trailer not water tight. Water on several totes. Also hubs lil hot. Dealer rep herb that checked in looked it over and was going to put it in for maintenance. He also was getting ahold of someone to get us a $200 refund for all the hassles. Haven't seen anything as of right now. Very disappointed in how uhaul call center treats the customer. Going as far as basically take or leave it we're getting our money. This whole thing makes me question renting from uhaul in the future if long trip / deadlines etc.
Jacqueline MThe process to return vehicle was an awful experience. There weren't any signs ok how to return the U-Haul. I then had to park it in the parking lot, went inside and they said I could park it anywhere in the lot and check out in the app. The app camera was not working and was stuck trying to figure out what to do. One worker flagged me down and said I could leave the keys in the U-Haul and would get an email within the next 10 min that it was returned. I went home and a couple hours later I noticed I didnt receive an email and was concerned I'd receive a late fee and that it wasn't returned. I tried calling multiple times and no one was answering. Eventually I had to call 24 hours later and said the computers were down and that I would be receiving an emailed receipt. Finally received it. The process at this location was not smooth and will not be renting or returning at this location.

Atul BI drove the U-Haul 30 hours. Air conditioner went out the first 3 miles. I drove through Arizona, California 112° with no air conditioner. Complete garbage.

Jose VAbsolutely no issue with the location itself. The online check in system from Uhaul didn't work so had to be manually checked it. Guy who helped us was great and also was there when we checked in too. Very helpful staff at this location.

Laura KThe app doesn't work on my phone. I have the newest galaxy 24, and your dumb app couldn't find the location. I had to use my partner's 2 year old iphone. Also, why did I have to spend 25 minutes on your stupid app and then end up having to go inside to pick up the keys? Why not just have me to inside? Or maybe leave the keys in the locker so I could pick up using the app. So dumb.

Chad ZFree popcorn is a plus. Can also buy overalls, a chicken coop, guns and ammo, canning lids and licorice. Can't say that for most Uhaul places.

Ernesto SAdvise staff to ensure they verify the gas levels before charging customers for gas. I brought my truck back with the same amount of gas as I started with and they tried to charge me for more gas because the level of gas was inaccurate when i left with the truck. I took pictures before and after and was able to prove the gas level they had was incorrect. They did refund me the difference after I sent the pictures

JIM KThe truck had an old musty smell in it. The company over charged me for a truck that was only $19.00 to rent. I had it for 1 day and returned it Sunday, I was charged over a $150.00. No, I would not use there service again.
