I forgot an expensive ice scraper in the truck and it somehow disappeared and was never reported to the manager owner.

JANESSE MI reserved my pick up location to be Shine On, U-Hauls web sight moved my pick up sight to a different location with any warning. Fix your web sight!

Stephanie RRon changed my online drop off to a different/wrong state-call to uhaul. Trailer had loose screws on hinges-repair by customer to assure safety. Wrong trailer given to customer, wrong trailer number, caught by customer- Uhaul Ron just crossed through number on contract-another call to uhaul.

Kathleen OTires were slick we had a reservation to use this trailer for 1161 mile move and that's what I rented it for. shame on u haul! I would not have driven to town with those tires. Hope I never never ever have to rent again...didn't realize when you reserved that was only a suggestion not a reservation....should be explained

debra rDo your job correctly and ensure that all extra rental items make it on the truck. This was hands down one of the WORST moves I have ever done!! I had to leave behind appliances and furniture totalling around 1000 dollars and I incurred doctor bills because I didn't get my dollies and screwed up my back.

Jan CInside of cab was filthy. I cleaned it the best I could but had no supplies or vacuum. Truck was very nice. Needed to be a diesel with air brakes. Windshield washer does not work. Everything else was like new. Thank you. I’d rent it again

Daniel VOne person shop.... That person got sick, had to do online check in... Couldn't get the utility dolly that I needed... Gas tank was not full.... Lost mo ey o the return, didn't use all the gas I had put in it...

AMANDA RNo one is ever available at this location. Made 3 trips to the office to try and complete the return since the app and links that were sent would not work. Very frustrating. I finally just took a bunck of pictures with my phone, called the 800 number for Uhaul and notified that the truck had been left onsite and the keys put in drop-box.
