Lack of friendly customer service especially when I brought the truck back. I was in the middle of my return with the gentlemen on duty when he asked me to step aside so he could look after another customer paying for their gas. I know their main business is the gas station however regardless if gas or uhaul i was the first customer. Then in a condescending tone asked me if i took the picture in their lot.

The service agent at the gas station was rude. It was very disappointing that I booked ahead online to find the day before pickup had I had to drive an extra 60km to pickup the vehicle I reserved. Furthermore to find that the vehicle only had quarter tank of gas at pickup which makes it difficult to decide how much gas will be need for the trip.

When I got the pickup it was dirty and I found rotting food in it. When I brang the truck bad they never even inspect it. I was not happy with that location at all. I have been renting for u guys a long time and Never have I ever been that discussed. Sorry not u it's the people u left in charge

The staff is not friendly at all. A little rude. No smile. No thank you. It’s like their job is drudgery and they resent you for being there. I had asked for a cube van. They told me I couldn’t have the one sitting in the lot. It was there when I arrived and there when I came back. Not sure why I couldn’t take it. The pick up truck I got was in not good shape. All in all a sub par experience.

This was our 2nd pick location - we switched to this one after we picked up a truck from another location, which was a disaster - the guy was nice, but the technology side was awful - we had to put through our info (ID and credit card) 3 times, even after doing it online before, and when we got the truck after approx 45 min, the AC wasn't working and the tires were bald. We took it back right away and got one from this location (Shell gas station) and the girl was very efficient. I would definitely go to this location again.

Your website and auto check out is terrible! I spent over 15 min trying to get it to work. Finally gave up & went inside store to ask for help. The clerk even had trouble with her side of your site. Truck was so dirty & dusty inside. Also, almost my entire mileage charge was accrued going to pick up the vehicle & return it.

Location is awful when you are paying by km. Staff at the location were very unfriendly. I felt threatened by one staff member who insisted I add more gas after only using the truck for 55 km. They had recorded the gas level at pickup wrong. Staff member said if you don’t like it don’t rent here again. Don’t worry I won’t.

My main issue was the woman who served me,she was extremely rude,treated me like shit,and talk down to me like i was less than a dog.... There was french fries and candy,as well as random fast food garbage in the truck,there was also no inspection of the truck,which concerned us because of rear end damage in multiple spots that didnt have your damaged x stickers,so i was concerned i would be blamed for it,i wasn't but you never know I would like to add that your representative on the phone who took my reservation was extremely professional, they saved my reservation from being cancelled because of the deal the arranged,i was so impressed i will give positive recommendations to as many potential customers as possible,i wish i knew there name so i could give that representative a 10 out of 10 for there proffesional attitude and every other category thank you

Our p/up location was changed the day prior from a 15 minute commute to 45 minutes instead. Ordered a 26' truck but instead was given a 20' truck and trailer. Trailer does not have any height for furniture so we were not able to even complete our move. You should guarantee the truck matches what is ordered.

They refused to hook up the dolly because they had zero knowledge of hows to do it. Please inform all your dealers how your equipment works. The people didn't know how to work the system as well it took a hour to be able to find my reservation I am a female and I did it myself however they should be making sure they know how to do this Will not go back to this location

A 20 foot uhaul is only a 16 foot box, the credit card (with zero balance wouldn’t work), we were supposed to pick up in Welland and had to pick up 2.5 hours away somewhere else. Then come to find out we got charged almost double upon drop off. Would never recommend this company

This was not the fault of that location but we are appalled at the terrible customer service we received from UHaul. I specifically called in my reservation to insure we wouldn't have any issues in case I made a mistake booking for myself online. Not only did we have to drive over 2 hours away from where I booked the pickup originally to get a truck, but we were told because we had to drive so far it wouldn't matter what time we picked up so long as it was the same day of the reservation. After a crazy far drive to Orillia, the Uhaul location we were sent to was closed at 3pm on a Wednesday and our reservation was cancelled without any notice to us. We then spent an additional 2 hours being hung up on over and over by customer service agents who passed us along and didn't want to deal with the situation. Finally we got a hold of someone who was able to secure a smaller truck a further 30 mins away in Gravenhurst. When we got the truck it was clean but the engine light went on as soon as we hit the highway. This rental was for my wedding, Uhaul took away an entire day of prep time from me dealing with this bull. I will never use this company again and I am furious at how poorly we were treated along the way.

Took almost 20min to get my vehicle. I had to write the starting milage on a piece of paper as well as how much gas was in the truck. Upon return, again I had to write the ending milage on a piece of paper and give it to the attendant. I returned the truck with the gauge a hair below 1/2 a tank as that was actually was where it was when I picked it up. I lucked out with the fuel. The guy who was there insisted I fill it up to half, even though it was my word where the gauge was when I picked it up. Any how I over filled the tank by about $20.00, now I feel ripped off. I could have lied about the fuel gauge when I picked the truck up. After I did fuel the truck the attendant that tells me I still need to pay for the gas. I do understand how buying fuel works. I have rented many trucks from uhaul. Mainly from Cobourg and never had a bad experience. This guy didn't give two hoots my day/move went. I am very disappointed and I don't trust this place to work out my final bill with any accuracy.

The location couldnt have known but one rear wheel was very low on air, it didnt notice untill we loaded and spent an hour finding a gas station with a working airline! I made the location aware and they are going to see if it has a slow leak.

Arrived and performed the check in on my phone, only to have an error at the end of it and have to redo it all. Once I went in to check in, the girl representative felt unhappy to serve me, but then sent me out to grab the trailer. On my walk around, one tire was completely flat. I went back in and raised the issue, and asked if she could activate the air pump so I could pump it up, she proceeded to tell me that it just came in and wasn’t sure why it was flat, and that she would not lend me the $2 to start the air compressor. She gave me the uhaul number to contact for a reimbursement. Very unprofessional and obviously not checking their equipment.

The woman was very rude when I came to get the truck. We had to put air in the tire and the air hose at garage did not work after we put 2 bucks in and we told her and she just said ok. Then we looked at truck and took pics thank goodness cause when we returned it another girl said there were 6 moving blankets in truck. There were no blankets at all. Finally after her debating that the truck comes with blankets for 10 mins. I asked how much the total was and she said “You will get an email” and went to another customer. Will never use this place again and will tell others not to. Truck had a smell in it as well that we kept windows cracked open even though it was raining

Truck was a"pig pen" and I asked if it had been sanitized and they said yes - I had wipes and cleaned the driver side - took three wipes to clean and the first two were almost black before the third one showed some form of cleanliness. What does that say about your regard to the prevention of COVID 19. The rear of the truck was also a disgrace and when I got home I swept and vacuumed it so we could pt our furniture in, Very disappointed

The wrong address was given. We were told to go to 2 different locations after the original one we picked didn’t have the truck we needed. And we were charged an extra $18 after your company made us drive further.

Terrible misleading address and spent more money on the kilometres driving home and driving back to return it. Artrea from my house is 15 mins away and where the shell gas station is is Cumberland beach so it 20 to 25 minutes away and you also took additional payment out of my account and now I have to wait 3 additional days to get that back and to there was no contract to sign or read for additional charges like environment charge and we never used the dolly.

I am not sure it was the location rather than Uhaul as the location we had to pick up from was 65 miles from where I thought we were to pick up the truck. I wanted a one way rental which turned out to be same location. Then had to fight for extra kms at no charge. The truck needed to have the tires balanced, bouncing all the way down the highway. My wife dealt with the location and she said they were fine, again it was corporate who arranged location pick up. I can't imagine there wasn't a truck available closer the 65 miles away

If you GPS this location should you not know the area your GPS will take you to a location on HWY 11 north of Orillia where you cannot exit and there are no businesses, then I try to call the contact number that was left with my confirmation and no one will answer the phone. Try it, I was left driving around for 50 minutes trying to figure out where I was suppose to go. Although the equipment was clean the left tire was bald and I had concerns whether or not I would be able to complete my move without a mechanical failure.
