The truck was filthy. Cigarette ashes, spilled drinks on the floor. Fucking gross. I cleaned for an hour before I turned it in.

The rep could not assist with anything it was a gas station. They said take a photo and that's it. I had to return supplies to original location which was 55 miles away. What a mess U-Haul. No one knows what they are doing. Worst experience ever and I've moved every 3 years across country and local moves.

There was little to no gas in the truck at pick up the odometer wasn’t working seems like it’s rigged so you can’t see the mileage .. so they can charge you for whatever mileage they want.. and whoever I spoke with over the phone who was told is the boss knows that the truck is set up f

This truck was turned in before 11:30 AM. The keys were given to the cashier who was rude and unhelpful. WHY would it have turned in at 4:00?!?!? I want these extra charges taken off my credit card.

I was annoyed that I rented 2 dollies and some blankets which were not with the truck. The money was credited back but I needed the dollies which left me searching for equipment to borrow on the day I was supposed to move.

Overall location is average for a gas station that rents U-Haul equipment. Talked to was responsible for rentals via text after gas station attendant gave me his number, attendant asked for drivers license number which I did not like since I already entered my info online via my account. Check in was simple using app. No unusual complaints

At least sweep out the trailer at the drop off the clerk was not interested in helping. I asked him to at least sign the contract

The attendant was nice and instructed me where to drop the trailer, but he was busy as the cashier for the convenience store and apparently did not record that I dropped off the trailer. I was contacted a few days later and asked if I had returned it. Several days later I received the email receipt. I have an issue when the locations are actually other businesses. I prefer an actual UHAUL facility but was directed to these other locations. I can deal with it and will be extra attentive in the future

I was over paid for gas when I put gas back in like I received it. I paid $104 and then charged $76 more which is not correct. They need to be flanked and accurate with their equipment.

Was not able to check in the rental, was given a phone number to text for the return. Was instructed to the use app to turn in the rental. I don't think I should have been told to turn in the rental at a location that couldn't actually process the return.
