You would think that technology would make things better but it hasn't. Communication and customer appreciation has been lost. It's just all automated drivel. Mobile app would hang and at times glitch out. It was frustrating, annoying, robotic and unpersonal.

Donna ChristianThere is no clear place to put the keys what so ever. Luckily there was someone in this little shed that took them. There needs to be a clearly marked place or next time I'll leave the keys in the damn dirt. You want us to follow everything to a T but these locations half ass stuff that's okay. I'm the paying customer here. Get it together, because I'm about to make a second run on Monday. Like I said after hours if no one is there and no drop box can be found. I'll leave the keys in the damned truck if I have to. Figure it out.

SHELLEY WILSONI had to wait about 45 minutes for sandy to show up to give me the keys. The gentleman who was there was really nice but he had nothing to do with uhaul and hadn’t been trained to help me nor had the keys on him. Very poor first experience with uhaul.

VICTOR HERNANDEZ HERNANDEZOnly issue that I had with this location is that when I went to pick up the trailer there was no one there. I called and they came right over within a few minutes. Wonderful to talk with the lady there that took care of me. Although the trailer was an older one it pulled extremely well, best trailer that I have ever towed from U-Haul.

STEVEN HILLWE have rented 3 car transports From 3 different places, in the last 3 weeks. Everyone of the places had problems with U-haul website. Even with doing the pre-checkout, it took close to an hour. The ratchet latches were rusty and the hooks were missing the rubber locks. Wheel Fender was hard to get out of the way.

Rick Whitfieldck out system is a little more complex than it needs to be. Were it not for the helpful agent at the site, Im not sure things would have gone as smoothly. Skip the picture taking at the end and everyone else's life will be easier!
