Disappointed that I had rented from another location and when I was there to pick up was told they only offer in person pick up. We needed the rental 2 hours before they opened. Was able to find Shawgo’s had a truck that I could get without the business being open. Unfortunately, this set us back by about 1 hour and caused us to miss something we had going on in the afternoon. There needs to be better communication about what businesses offer in person only vs. in person and online check in.

I got a reminder call the day before drop off was scheduled and given the location, They have a big lot to park any size truck in. Super easy.

I really don't know if I have experienced customer service like that of SHAGOW REAL ESTATE . and very accommodating, also getting the truck in and out was easy and clean , THANK YOU VERY MUCH ,and I Look forward to doing business in the future!!!!!!

The 15 foot truck was absolutely fabulous with the exception of the breaks. I was a little concerned about getting stopped a couple of times. The 10 foot truck operated just fine, however, it did have a warning light on saying low tire pressure. Other than that dealing with the staff at Shawgo Real Estate was absolutely fabulous. Their staff is very personable, friendly, and accommodating. They also have a fabulous puppy on staff!!! He likes ball, ball, ball……lol. U-Haul thinks I’m a valued customer now.

The cab part and floor in the cab was dirty and the side walls in the back had some stuff on them that ran down some and dried but other than that it was a great truck!

i was told to get a 2 day rental because i would be dropping it off after hours., and If I did leave it later that day I would get my rate reduced by a day. I am hoping that is still the case because i dropped it off at 7 :15 pm later that day.

I paid $10 for an appliance dolly. It wasn't in the truck.

Rental worked well and lights on trailer worked well. Great check-in and drop-off. Rep was kind and helpful.

Train staff better. Make sure equipment is FULLY operable and able to assist with set up. Make sure the online process is accurate.

We were originally booked with a location in Seneca, PA- went to check-in and it was awful- old equipment and the lady just kept saying I don't know anything about it AND, had nothing confirming my order. I cancelled and went to Shawgo location in the next little town. I would NOT want my name associated with the place located in Seneca- you better send someone out there to check on what they are Representing for UHAUL- it's BAD!! Shawgo was great at getting us fixed up with what we needed- nice employee and nice equipment. Also- your hub dispatch folks are AMAZING! I called a couple of times with questions and they all were just TOP NOTCH!

The only thing going for U-Haul is the girl that let me pick up the truck. This was a huge inconvenience and lack of empathy. Terrible customer service, and brand representation from corporate. Will always seek Penske or budget from here on forward.

Fuel gage float sticks it was stuck under half a tank i had to put $60 in it the. It unstuck and went to 3/4 of a tank

I had a hard time getting into the 15 ft truck. There was no step on the side. It would be nice if they could provide a small stool for shorter people or people with arthritis.

Friendly and courteous staff that went out of their way to help us. They even gave us snacks. If they would just offer beer that would be an improvement.
