This place is horrible. They were so unprofessional, unorganized. They couldn't find the key. The rep didn't know what she was doing. The guy went outside and swept the truck out when we were trying to leave. It took 30 minutes when I had already reserved over the phone. The worst.ANITA ELNORA A.

The engine light on the truck was on, it was filthy on the inside, glass and water was in the box part of the truck. , and it smelled bad. I don't think I should be charged a cleaning fee because the truck was nasty when I picked it up. It was after hours so I couldn't speak to anyone. Even the key box didn't work with the original combination that was given. I had to call to get further instructions in the pouring rain. I will never rent from then again. They weren't my choice anyway. They were the only establishment that had the size I needed at the time.Penelope M.

The associate was cocky and condescending. He commented that I parked the trailer to far down the street and he wasn't going to get it, then turn to my father and addressed him asking him to bring the trailer closer, although it was my reservation and my car. I rented this truck because my original location didn't have the truck i requested and I was desperate and couldn't switch the moving dates . 1. I had to go get cash after reserving this truck with my card because a place of business can not accept card payments. 2. I was given a dirty truck. The inside had not been cleaned. Sits were ripped. In fact the store had to sweep out the back of the truck before we took off. 3. The truck sound like it was going to breakdown the whole time. Could get on the Expressway because the truck steering wheel would shake uncontrollably. The truck constantly squeaked from driving to open the doors. In my opinion the truck shouldn't have been in any lineup to rent out. I only took it because we were in a desperate situation. Explained clearly about the technology information more clearly. Because some are not computer illiterate like others. I checked my email and seen where my reservations confirmed. I thought that was it. When I showed up the next day to picked a uhaul. I spoke to the guy who works there name Shawn. He didn't speak back and had a very nasty attitude. He wanted to know why I didn't look in the mailbox and pick up the keys to the uhaul truck and go. He told me I should've been gone. I didn't know what he was talking about. I never drove a uhaul or wasn't aware of the technology info. He was rude. Then he said someone else will be in to do your paperwork. That's why I told you to go online. He's talking to me like I'm supposed to know what he's talking about. The lady was very helpful and nice. But I strongly wouldn't recommend nobody going to shawn for anything. The location and the woman working there were EXCEPTIONAL. The online app was ABYSMAL and took me 90 minutes to get my Truck. What you can do to help the next customer has shut down your company completely and never ever make anyone go through what I did. Uhaul is awful, I deserve my money back, but somehow imagine I won't get that. Plus that woman deserves to get paid, she did an awesome job. I will never use Uhaul again though after the customer service I received. FOUR phone calls, all four of them gave completely different instrcutions, only ONE of them worked.Joshua F.

With the virus going around they don't care. They have a hole in their ceiling dripping water on the counter. Hey do not explain everything to you expect for you to read through the whole contract. The guy when I picked up the truck was GREAT!!! He was nice, patient, understanding..... I had a Wonderful experience picking the truck up. I called back hours after to get some information about the drop off process and the lady I spoke to was TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She was very rude and disrespectful. She explained the simplest process to me (literally) like I was a toddler. She would get an attitude and speak very demeaning and disrespectful when I asked her a question or stated I couldn't hear her. Overall the experience was okay it would've been 10/10 if I didn't have to meet the rude lady at the end.Paige C.

The serviceman that introduced me to my rental stated â€œit's an old truck but it's a good truckâ€. However, it was not a good truck. The headlights did not work. I had to use my brights. The check engine light was on when I turned it over and the servicemen said it was â€œan electrical issueâ€. The truck did not do well on the road or on the highway. The alignment was off and I felt unsafe and unstable. I had no Choice but to finish out my journey and hope for the best. I'd like some follow-up in regards to my experience as I don't think another U-Haul customer should go through what I did.Tyler M.

The vehicle was not on the right meter. That was stated on the ticket. The representative was very nice but she told me to bring the gas back on what it actually was and that what the ticket was. The next person came and checked in the vehicle. They overcharged me and overdrafted my account. They told me they would get the matter resolved but instead they made matters worse. The trailer did not even come with the correct cabling for the brake lights and turn signals.Brent B.
On getting into truck, it had more mileage and lower fuel in tank than the rental agreement stated. After I brought it up, the agent stated she would correct the contract to reflect the actual values. Upon return at the verbally agreed upon gas level, this location ignored all of the previous discussions and charged me an extra $69, claiming I had not filled up the gas to the correct level, and did not correct this afterwards. I strongly recommend avoiding until their contracts match up with the truck's actual values upon rental.NOAH H.
