The serviceman that introduced me to my rental stated “it’s an old truck but it’s a good truck”. However, it was not a good truck. The headlights did not work. I had to use my brights. The check engine light was on when I turned it over and the servicemen said it was “an electrical issue”. The truck did not do well on the road or on the highway. The alignment was off and I felt unsafe and unstable. I had no Choice but to finish out my journey and hope for the best. I’d like some follow-up in regards to my experience as I don’t think another U-Haul customer should go through what I did.

Operators of the store were late and I received truck late--he also stated he doesn't know why my reservation was confirmed when he reported he had no trucks available due to theft and damages.

Very unclear where to leave trailer, only available spot difficult to back up to and is on a slope. No markings about where to leave the trailer.

The vehicle was not on the right meter. That was stated on the ticket. The representative was very nice but she told me to bring the gas back on what it actually was and that what the ticket was. The next person came and checked in the vehicle. They overcharged me and overdrafted my account. They told me they would get the matter resolved but instead they made matters worse. I am very disappointed
