Trailer size I reserved was changed to smaller size requiring me to find the trailer size I wanted at a different location. Representative should have informed me of the location to get the size of trailer I reserved.

He put in my destination wrong and so my return location was incorrect. I called the correct lacatiin and he fixed it

The system was down, the uhaul dealer is also a farmer we had to wait 30 minutes for him to come off the field and into the office. We were there over an hour before he got a message saying we reserved a truck. Stood there for over two more hours because the system was down. The uhaul dealer could not get his regional manager on the line to help. I tried to call and virtual chat with uhaul customer service. I was unable to get through to anyone either. It took 4 hours to get our truck which put us behind in a significant way.
Easy to check in/out with the app! Truck was awesome and just what we needed for the move.
Roger tried hard to get my reservation but unable to do so until UHaul sent it to his location. The truck and car transport I reserved were not at this location. Roger did honor the new arrangement Uhaul Rep made for me.

I ordered a 26 ft truck to sterling and 2 days before our move I was informed that I would have to drive to Wray and get 2 10 ft trucks. We had to scramble to get another driver, not all of our stuff fit, and the discount/extra mileage I was told we would receive was not what I was ultimately charged/given. Overall I am very disappointed in uhaul booking services.

I had to drive 150 miles two ways to pick up u-haul trailer. The rental location was great but the overall service from U-Haul totally sucked. U-haul totally SUCKS!!! No equipment available in my area and losing a day of packing/getting ready for my move, was awful. Dealers are good, U-HAUL ITSELF TOTALLY SUCKS!! Do something about your crappy fleet!!
The Sharp Ventures location is very easy to access right off Hwy 34. Roger is very accommodating.
check on how they hook up the trailers! we had ours come unhooked when we went to put the car on the trailer!

Actually refer customers to him! He wasn't even given to me as an option for drop off by your Natl rep when she called to correct the online screw up of my initial request for my one way rental drop off location. He's got a great location that was easy to find, once I knew he existed. You need a better online dealer location system identifying possible drop off locations across rural America.

Well I reserved a 26 foot truck April 16th. I recieved a email may 28th that my reservation had been updated to a 20 foot truck. The day before my move. And then I called and they didn't even give me a discount even though they had over a month to make sure there was a 26 foot truck within driving distance of me. So I had to have a friend follow me in a pickup and pay for that as well. I will never do buisness with uhaul ever again.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size trailer, (my fault yes.) and when I went to Mr. Sharps location he had something on the lot that would work for me, however Uhaul would not allow him to rent it to me. This was NOT Mr. Sharps fault, he was trying to get my money transferred to the other vehicle, but Uhaul would not let him rent it to me. Very disappointed in Uhaul!! Now I have to make another trip from TX to CO. to get the rest of my stuff, I will Not be using Uhaul.

The owner was very courteous and friendly. He was also very helpful getting the trailer attached to my car. I will use "Sharp Ventures" again for certain.
All tires on the trailer were low. In fact, one tire was nearly flat, which I didn't realize until the trailer was fully loaded and I was ready to leave town. I then had to find a place to air up the tires. I also had to keep checking the pressure, and fill the leaking tire during my entire two day trip. This is totally unacceptable. By the way, you have the wrong phone number listed for this location on the confirmation receipt. I had no way to reach the location until he called me the day before rental date.
It took over an hour to get checked in after i had a reservation. The gentelman did not know much. Pre trip was poor as i had 2 flat tires and it was not clean
