excellent customer service
Alan ParoliniI tried to use the mobile app so I could pick the truck up early but after an hour and 1/2 with not getting it to work successfully and working with the online agent, I still had to go in and wait for them to open to assist with the rental. I love the concept of the app but it doesn't seem to be up to speed for regular use as of yet.
Roberta MackerleyThe location was in a rural area, with spotty internet service. The location was not manned by a live person on a Sunday. Therefore, I had to call for assistance with the online self-check-in process. However, the U-Haul representative patiently assisted me thru the process. I was able to successfully process the truck and trailer back in, lock the vehicle and trailer, and drop the keys off.

RICHARD KINSEYThe rachet on the auto transport was faulty but the staff at Sharon Storage (Stacey and Kim) were very helpful in getting me another auto transport at a different location although it was out of my way, I appreciatd their kindness. However, my experience upon delivery of the auto transport and truck to my final location was not pleasant. I was accused of not returning the equipment to a certain location, although I informed the staff at the pick up location that I would return the equipments at a location closest to me at my final location. While the staff at Sharon Storage was very kind and helpful, my overall experience was horrible. I had a leaky valve during the trip and poor customer service when I called in to report the leak. I had to wait over an hour for someone to return my call.

The woman who was there had never removed a car from a car tow and I believe if someone was there who was more experienced then I would have no damage. She was very nice and helpful, but as long as everything is covered then I’m okay.

danita everettThe truck had not been swept out or cleaned on pick up. Also, it was not full of fuel as was said at pick up. It was at 7/8. So I ended up having to put out more money than I should have on fuel as I topped it off before returning it. The reps were excellent tho.
chrystal lynasThe location was convenient to where I was in the area. However, I experienced technological issues with the check-in process during the return of the truck after hours (around 7PM) on 7/12/2021. We were at the location outside (in the dark and being bitten by mosquitoes) for more than an hour and a half (after parking the truck) trying endlessly to complete the online process via cell phone, but was having extreme technical difficulty with the process completing. I made several calls to U-Haul for assistance and was able to connect over the phone with someone on multiple occasions, but as soon as they said they needed to transfer me, the call would disconnect or drop at that time. I then had to call again, stay on hold at least another 30 to 45 minutes before I was able to get someone else to assist me. None the less, I was disconnected again when a different person who answered said they were transferring me to someone that could assist me. After making a 3rd attempt and explaining my frustration with the process not completing on our cell phones (we tried several cell phones several times - following the directions provided), and having been hung up on during transfers twice, the young lady who answered was very helpful. She apologized for my frustrating experience with the after hours return truck process and the disconnected calls. She stated she was putting notes on my account that I was returning my vehicle a day early, safely parked the truck, locked it and put gas back into the truck before dropping off the key into the drop box. I also called the number posted at the location and left a voice mail message of my drop off time, name and contact number. I called the following day to U-Haul to ensure everything was completed and it was informed it was. Parking was convenient at this location. The truck performed very well.
