The Man and his wife who serviced me was rude and unprofessional, the man told me his name was Barry. Barry implied that I couldn't read he insulted me and was disrespectful. He makes the U-haul business look bad. I will never do business there again.

Due to covid hopefully the truck are being wiped down or sprayed with lysol. Maybe have a small bottle of hand sanitizer in the truck for customers

Sure. Don't allow customers to reserve a truck. if it's really not available. I had to go to 3 different locations. I reserved the day before. The pick up location did not have any trucks available. Upgrade ur systems. Better communication and instant $50 refund at the end of the sales transaction. When u break your reservation promise to the customer. Thank You

The location was odd to pick up a uhaul (record store in the middle of nowhere?). The employees were nice but the service was sooooo slow. I arrived to pick up my uhaul and tow dolly at 6pm as scheduled and didn't leave until 7:15. It was frustrating as we had loading to do that evening.

Mileage increases too fast and is not exactly true. I believe you are charged for every 3/4 a mile

The Uhaul Agents were fabulous - kind, courteous, helpful and extremely friendly. Your Company is better for having them as your agents/representatives.

I am NOT SATISFIED with this service because I was charged for more two extra days. However, the owner (wife) said that she will keep the same price of $165.00. BAD BUSINESS, I WANT MY REFUNDS BACK $144.00

PIck up was very annoying. I reserved for Baltimore St. location. UHaul called the day before & told me truck would be available at at Woodland location instead. I called UHaul at pick-up time to tell them I was delayed about 2 hours. When I arrived at Woodland location, truck was not there and I was told to go to Baltimore (they couldn't have told me that when I called a couple hours earlier?). En route to the Baltimore location, I called to confirm that truck WAS there, but it wasn't and I was directed to Harper Ave location. Staff at Harper location were cheerful, friendly, efficient, and I picked up the truck without any problem. Truck itself was fine and performed well for the 300 mile trip. My "5-star review" is for the Harper Ave. location.

While the truck was Clean it didn't ride well. It appeared to have bad gas. Cutting off. Jerking, speeding up and slowing down at will.

The owner was very helpful. I had some issues with the 1-800 U-Haul customer service but he was able to help me with my questions.

It took a while to get the reservation confirmed despite my early check-in online. But once it was confirmed everything moved quickly.
