They shop owner is a very nice person but the uhaul service was not impressive. The truck mileage was wrong, the truck was not clean and worst of it I was charged for two days when I only used the truck for one day. I was charged for 140 plus Km when I only used 89km. I was also charged the weekend rate mileage rate instead of the weekdays.

The staff sold me an insurance even though I told him I didn't want insurance. He uses his cellphone to operate uhaul so I cannot sign the agreement upfront. I noticed the irregular charge after dropping off the equipment when I received the agreement in my email.

I have now in 3 occasions pointed out that the furniture pads I requested were not in the van and that I should not be billed for them, but it still appears on my invoice. This is unacceptable and very frustrating!

I did my booking with someone. She transferred me to that location. Surprisingly there is no truck available according to my ordered. When I follow up to uhaul they said I have no reservation. But when I talked to the guy with this location my name is there. So I have no choice but to take the small one. Then when I returned the truck the key box was broken. So I didn't leave the key. I am sorry to say this but UHAUL WASTE MY TIME that day. You should be good with your costumers. So frustrating. Thank you.

Location was poorly lit for a 24 hour pick up location - had to stumble around in the dark going through the mobile pick up process Location did not supply the equipment that was ordered but still charged me (no utility dolly or furniture dolly)...still awaiting a refund from Uhaul

Why not keep the gas tank full, and simply ask the customer to return the vehicle with a completely full tank? It's a bit tricky to have to fill the tank to bring back the level to 3/8 or 3/4 of a tank, and "guess-timate" how many litres show be pumped in. Do I need 20 litres? Or should that be 35?.... Otherwise, thank you! Great!

Our van wouldn't start once we got to the final destination, loaded up the van.. trying to start it, it wouldn't start, had to get jumper cable from my friends neighbors to get the van twice before leaving White Rock to head back home in Coquitlam, too afraid to stop to put gas in the van. The next morning, my visa was charged the full amount, when called to discuss matter the supervisor, was told that Matios would call me back, nothing to this day. This was at 3 weeks ago. So very disappointed

I rented this for 8 hours and I got a after hour fee return. The place was closed Monday. Not my fault. This is a scam to me. 24 hour rental and returned in 9 hours but still charged for after hours fee. All you do is return it when you open. Or atleast advise the customer he can be charged if returned while closed.

Couldn't get ahold of the location for a week via phone nor text. Wasn't sure if they were even open, since there is the COVID pandemic right now. Was very stressed about it. Vehicle was returned while I was waiting in the store. The operator of the location did not check over the vehicle, simply took the keys from the last renter and gave them to me and sent me on my way back out the door. I got an email saying uhaul is disinfecting every truck and steering wheel given the situation right now. Yeah, that didn't happen, thanks for the email though, I guess the thought is nice. Didn't have the furniture dolly that I requested, would have been really useful to have. Truck worked fine though. Thanks I guess.

vehicle we reserved was not there (another user had it, but the man at the location had not called them in advance to ensure the truck was returned on time) so we had to take a smaller vehicle. lucky for us it was big enough for our needs. also this vehicle had a warning light about one of the wheels. the clerk said he knew about the issue. so ... wrong equiment and defective equipment. not very impressed.

There were no keys in the lock box. The cargo van was left unlocked. No keys inside the cargo van. Used N95 masked was found underneath the driver's seat. U-haul had to move my reservation to another U-haul location.
