I rented a truck at this location; my experience was terrible. They supposed to provide utility and furniture dollies for me as well, but they did not. They charged me for those unprovided dollies, and they also charged my credit card three times, the total charges were 2.5 times more than my rental amount. The dealer service and responsibility were awful. However, the UHaul customer service center did a great job and solved the issue. Please take care if you have to select this dealer for your moving trucks.

The in person check out system needs work. The paper trail needs to be complete before the customer leaves. I should not have to follow up to get the paperwork and complete the transaction!

This guy didnt have my blankets, or dolly when I showed up. Then upon my return he charged me $30 because he said I drove 23 miles when I didnt even drive 10 kilometers.. Not sure if it was him or his system but whatever the case is I got ripped off.. This guy is a scammer and I would never recommend doing business with him.

1/16 gas tank on pick up no appliance dolly was on the truck and they tried to give me a utility dolly and I had to go to another uhaul to get an appliance dolly was given gas credit to return truck at 1/4 tank and instead got double charged which now I have to deal with them

I would prefer to have had the owner walk through / check out the vehicle with me prior and record condition and then again after. I felt nervous when I returned the vehicle as he said he would just email me. Recommendation: In the future is important to remind customers to take a picture of the vehicle , gas and mileage before and after for records

Have two dollies available. For my small move this turned out not to be an issue, however for someone with 2-3x as much stuff this would have been more difficult for them. (The truck was 1/4 full for me and served my purposes very well instead of using a car)

They shop owner is a very nice person but the uhaul service was not impressive. The truck mileage was wrong, the truck was not clean and worst of it I was charged for two days when I only used the truck for one day. I was charged for 140 plus Km when I only used 89km. I was also charged the weekend rate mileage rate instead of the weekdays.

The staff sold me an insurance even though I told him I didn't want insurance. He uses his cellphone to operate uhaul so I cannot sign the agreement upfront. I noticed the irregular charge after dropping off the equipment when I received the agreement in my email.

I have now in 3 occasions pointed out that the furniture pads I requested were not in the van and that I should not be billed for them, but it still appears on my invoice. This is unacceptable and very frustrating!
