Patricia EI rented a 9 foot van that was in excellent condition and a 15 foot truck that was in ok condition but both vehicles did the job! The staff are amazing at this location! The morning I rented the truck for my move into an apartment was when one of the gentlemen started the truck early to defrost & warm it up. This small but kind gesture started my day out energized and ready to tackle a stressful move head-on! Overall, the quality of this U-Haul location is excellent and the staff provides a great service to what otherwise would be a stressful thing to go through; moving.

Lance EDiscuss the self checking process before hand as to what is expected (i.e. picture of interior, parking, etc.) as it was cold and dark to be doing thing on the fly without much lighting at the drop off location

Pedro BI tried the mobile check in for the fist time and I will never do it again. My phone had no Wi-Fi service and I hard a hard time finding one I could connect to. This location should provide a guest pass if they are not going to be open for all hours there allowing people to rent equipment. It took me about a half hour to be able to do the online check in , I would not have been able to do it without the share service you provided, even with there help, I kept on getting kicked out of the link and had to repeatedly log back in. And yes I am going to be changing who I have as a phone service provider as well.
Andrea CUhaul records were incorrectly entered!!! Mixing my identity information with my former husband's mistress. Very upset that uhaul is saying they cant correct these records!!!!!!
Mary WYou canceled our moving help without anyone telling us. My husband and I had to leave the majority of our furniture behind because we couldn’t move it ourselves. No idea if we will be able to even get our stuff back now.

rick gLocation saved me money by changing my dropoff location to where I picked it up after U-Haul app changed it on me without telling me it would cost more. Used the app twice now and have been highly disappointed. Thank you to the people at the location I visited!

David PThe service at this location has always been exceptional. However, my original reservation was for the location in New Prague, MN I went to that location and nobody was there after 9:00 am Friday. I called the help line and was told my reservation was for the Shakopee location. When I made the reservation I verified the New Prague location several times. Somehow the reservation was switched to Shakopee. I just reviewed the check-in information and saw that it stated Shakopee. I would have preferred to have been notified of the change because it caused an hour's delay in the day.
Todd WWas a very easy transaction. Appreciated having the truck and getting my daughter moved in the same day. Will definately use this location if ever need to in the future. Very friendly and kind staff.

Jennifer TI rented a 6x12’ utility trailer with a 4’9” ramp. This is the most ridiculous trailer design I’ve ever seen. Most 6x12” trailers have a full width ramp. Serves me right for not reading all of the dimensions. I took the trailer for 20 min before I realized my mistake and the stupidity of the trailer design and brought it immediately back. No refund. No substitution. Just a full price charge. I’ll certainly never use Uhaul again and will work to make sure none of my peees
Patrick CBetter signage for trailer drop location is needed. We drove into the main gate which is where GPS took us. We had to maneuver around and back out to the next driveway for trailer return.
