Rachel BOn the return, not sure what went wrong, but my truck did not show up on the app for return, only the tow dolly did. Was on the phone with CS for nearly half hour while they sorted it out, which they finally did. Not their fault, but it was frustrating that their was not a person available at this site to assist us. In fairness, it was a Saturday and apparently no one works there then.
