Inside windows were filty, the inside smelled horrible. The location is very convenient.
michelle tU Haul sent us to this location which was not the location that I reserved the trailer at. For our inconvenience we were offered a discount. Not only did we not get the discount, we were charged more and it took about an hour just to get the transaction done.

Anne TThe reservation agreement was entered for 2 days versus 1 day so that needed to be changed and the bill rewritten. The employee at the store had a hard time getting the proper documents printed and after 45 minutes he printed a general form for me to sign and we were finally able to leave. He also had to check out customers. Pickup times should be reserved when there at least 2 people in the store. The truck we were assigned had only 1/4 tank of gas.!!!!! The policy for fuel tank gauge should be a full tank at pickup and when returned. Trying to figure out a 1/4 tank was stressful, plus I had to fill the tank before leaving. It also is difficult to figure out how much gas is needed and the customer could easily put in more gas than needed and overpay. If the estimate is too low, the customer might have to make an additional stop at a gas station .. I had hired workers and the paperwork process ( also the hardware employee had to take care of customers) added another hour of labor.

Dan WEnsure the rental IS available when and where I reserve it. I had to drive 4 hours away to get a rental the day prior, as the actual was only available 3 hours after my reservation time.
Marc LI pulled into the parking lot and the lady came out of the store and showed me where to put the trailer. I was shocked to have her come out as soon as I drove in the property - it was like she was waiting for me. She was very helpful, friendly and personable.
Christopher KReserved online using credit card. When someone arrived to pick up, they couldn't find my card info. Appliance dolly was not on truck, had to return to pick up. Had the incorrect return location. Tried to resolve with Shadicks and she said it was taken care. The email I received for check-in still had the incorrect drop-off location. Called the 1-888 # and they were helpful and able to resolve.

Steven TEverything went as planned and expected. I have nothing but praise for the staff that handled my experience. The vehicle did everything we required of it and no issues were encountered.
Delwin CIt's a hardware store and they haven't a clue on how to work the UHAUL program. I paid cash so a $100 deposit was made and was to be paid back to me upon checking in the truck. they refused to give it to me, stating that I would need to collect the deposit back from the point of orign 300 miles south.
Troy NI recieved notice 18 hours prior to pick up that I had to drive 90 miles to get the truck from a different location. I had to find a rude there. Not cool.

Bradley GDon't charge them for days of use that there not using it. No reason a trailer costed $250 for 22 hours of use. They advertise 29.95 for 24 hours. How did they get 250 when they advertise a complete different price. I will NEVER recommend Uhaul to anybody until they fix that problem.

Duane Lpicked it up in bloomer wi, the paper work said it had 3/4 of a tank of gas. it was more like 1/4! i dropped it off in barron wi with about 7/8 of a tank. still charged for extra milage. (was only 4 miles) so ended up donating over 1/2 tank of gas

angelica jIt wasn't a convenient location for us to travel to get a trailer. We had to drive 150 miles in order to get our rental trailer. This isn't the locations fault but a flaw in the UHaul registration process and contact with customers.

mike mYour national customer service is terrible. Someone called me at just after 7 AM - which I did not answer because I don't take non-emergency calls at that hour. Her voicemail was impossible to glean her name from. She switched my pick up to a town 15 miles away without my consent and then messed up my pick up time- changing it to 7 am instead of 11:30 am. I called your 800 number and was on hold for over ten minutes. So I called Shaddick's directly and fortunately they fixed my reservation.

lloyd rWhen someone asks for a specific location, then have the damn uhaul ready at that location. Do not tell customers their uhaul will be ready 30 miles away from their desired location. For a company that has been doing this for such a long time, that is just plain laziness and a failure to plan. To us it felt like you did not give a damn about customers. Plenty of notice was given and there were no CLEAR, easy to read, instructions stating that uhaul can change the pick up location. DO BETTER UHAUL!!!!

Kirk GWhen I ordered the trailer, I chose a location close to me. I got an alert saying the item wasn't there and now had to drive out of my to a rural city. When I got there, there was an elderly woman smoking a cigarette. So it already set a bad tone. I mentioned that I had paid for service to help hook up the trailer and car. Of course, this did not show up anywhere on my paperwork. Whoever took my order over the phone didn't do their job or just fed me false information and/or did not properly document my request for help. I called customer service and after an extended wait time, got a jerk of a man who said there was nothing he could do. So not only did my location get changed but now there were no other options for me. Also, when I called in a got a gal who seemed to want to help me, after waiting for quite a while, the phone picked up and I got someone new. I now had to tell the whole story all over again and he could not have cared less but did have an answer for me: there's nothing we can do, except send you a video to learn how to do it. This is precisely why I ordered hook up service. Everything was suddenly my problem and I'm the one having to figure out the solution. She didn't know how to do hook up and load the car. Fortunately, one of the locals came into the store and helped. We hooked it up, went to put down the ramps and one of them stuck. So we unhitched the trailer and I drove to the only other remaining trailer they had. I climbed in and out of my vehicle three times because I didn't know, and clearly neither did she, that the sides of the trailer come down for easy entry and exiting of the vehicle. I only learned this when I dropped off the trailer and the guys wondered what I was doing. That would have been really valuable information when I picked up the. While and struggled to load it since the service I wanted anyway wasn't recorded not available now, despite specifically asking for it when I called. I hated this entire experience with Uhaul.
sean vDidn't advise the cost, just took my credit card. Didn't advise me to pay attention to how much I fill the gas because I wouldn't be reimbursed. Wasted 50$.
