The inside of the cab had muddy footprints but other than that the equipment was clean and well-maintained.

Edgar A.I had no problem with the female staff I dealt with but this morning 3-7-23, oh my gosh it was terrible. The older man at the counter wanted to fight me. Kept on making smart remarks. Or turning quickly and mugging me close up as if he wanted to fight. Very unprofessional as he was speaking with me. I honestly have never never seen any one from any customer service like this. Not sure if he was having a bad day but honestly I know if I would have said something to tick him off he would have swing at me. I'm a big guy to and he did not hesitate. I can provide my information if management would like to hear more about this.
NIna B.I declined the accident coverage when I reserved my truck. I didn't notice until I already left the location after pick up that coverage had been added without my knowledge. I'll definitely be double checking my contract before leaving next time.

I needed a uhaul on a Sunday when the office was closed I was worried my experience would be unsuccessful because no one would be around to assist me but the whole check in and check out was very simple and easy to maneuver through on your own! My truck was clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend to friends in the future.

The last move out to the lander location put me 1.5 hours behind in my day. But! The man at the lander location was priceless. He was so kind and helpful and really saved my day.

Crystal A.I reserved a U-Haul with no insurance because my insurance would cover. I was forced to take insurance even though I reserved without insurance. I also reserved a 15 foot truck which was not available when I went to pick it up I had to take a 10 foot truck. Was not happy at all with the situation. Should've disclosed that I had to pay the $15 insurance fee from this location. I was informed that not all locations charge insurance but this facility did. Unacceptable
Dean S.Brake fluid level was low. Several lug nuts were torqued less than 50 lbs/feet. Sew creative staff were polite, cordial and helpful.

Michael S.The truck I rented was dirty on the outside. The window was very difficult to see out of. Also $1.09 per mileage is very expensive. The customer is paying for the gas why charge so much per mileage.
Anthony P.The truck had 89000 miles and appeared to have very poor springs and nonfunctional shock absorbers. I've driven vehicles of similar or larger size but never one that was this stiff, rough and a loud ride. However, the staff were wonderful and helpful. I would use this facility again just with a different vehicle.
Ron J.A very busy place. Had to wait in line for abou 45 minutes to get the trailer I had reserved on line. Eddie was certainly nice and they were extremely helpful though.

Juan F.Reserved a cargo van weeks in advance via the 1-800 number. Upon arrival in Merced there was not one available. Had to drive to another city (Turlock, CA) get a van complicating and delaying my trip.

Patrick R.Make sure someone checks that all the exterior lights on trucks are in working condition. One of the rear taillights was out on the truck I rented and I wasn't aware of this until my brother informed me after he was following behind me. This should be something that is checked after the return of every rental to avoid the next customer having to get a rental truck with burnt out lights as it is an inconvenience.
