Sharon NaylorI was scheduled to drop off my truck at 8am on a Saturday morning, When I got there at 7:55 the office was closed They did not open until 9am You would think they would want to be open at 8 on a Saturday morning the busiest day of the week for rentals. The drop box was about 75 yards away from the office I had to seek it out, Not a very good set up.

I learned that I needed to go to the other end of the parking lot to drop the key after I had taken a picture of where I parked the truck and that was not easy after a very long day of moving and driving.

Michelle DickExcept for a small problem removing the key from the ignition the process and experience was seamless. One suggestion would be install a Dropbox for the key in afterhour returns. I jeft the key in the locked truck.

DAN MILLERDo to some glitch our reservation was missing from representatives computer, however, she remembers my phone call and was very helpful since we were picking up vehicle on a holiday. I made sure to check in with representative on business day in person ahead of holiday or it could have really caused us problems. Your phone services could use some improvements.
