Power was 10 minutes late opening the store. When I complained he became verbally inappropriate. I will never use this service again.

MARCIE DTo tell the truth about what trucks are available. I asked about a 16-footer and the person in charge said there were none available. But when I left there were two in the lot and he said they were already rented. However when I came back through that way I checked and both those trucks were still there. This was Midday Saturday afternoon. Sunday the same two trucks were still sitting there and never moved all weekend. So I rented a truck when there were smaller ones available which is what I wanted and had to pay more money. I also asked about mileage and was told not to worry about it that I was Within the limit. Now I am being charged mileage. Never again U-Haul.
curt mI used the self drop off box for the keys. Tried to go to the uhaul.com/share site to notify uhaul that I dropped the truck off but the site was very hard to use so I did not do it. It all worked out good but I was a little nervous I would get charged for extra days since I did not use the site.
Scott BSmall independent store. Girl running the place was excellent though. Very friendly and helpful. However, the store was going to close on Saturday due to the holiday on Monday. An actual Uhaul store would not have done that. Since we had to pick up a day early, she gave us the extra day until Tuesday to return, which was appreciated. The trailer had a flat plug vs. newer round plug for wiring. Luckily I had an adapter. Not sure if the shop even sold adapters. Trailer was a little older than I have been renting recently, but still functioned fine.

Sharon NI was scheduled to drop off my truck at 8am on a Saturday morning, When I got there at 7:55 the office was closed They did not open until 9am You would think they would want to be open at 8 on a Saturday morning the busiest day of the week for rentals. The drop box was about 75 yards away from the office I had to seek it out, Not a very good set up.

penn hA note about where the dropbox is online would have been helpful. I learned that I needed to go to the other end of the parking lot to drop the key after I had taken a picture of where I parked the truck and that was not easy after a very long day of moving and driving.
