This is second time I have used this U-Haul location. Both times it has been a pleasant and pain free experience. Highly recommend.
NANCY DNo one answered the phone, multiple calls. Parking lot completely unplowed, had to call another U-Haul dealer that had their business ran properly annd was completely plowed annd ready for business and accepted the U-Haul with no hassle. Sensible should just give it up.

Edward SI'm wondering why the dude said he was charging me for the miles already and charged me 170. Then after I return the U-Haul I'm charged for the gas again ? Another 89? Why am I spending 200$ on a U-Haul that says 20$ a day on it and when I drove less than 100$ worth of miles. Ridiculous.
ANNABELLAROSE SGiving me unfortunately had a roadside assistance call. U-Haul personnel took care of the situation with extreme professionalism and courtesy. Very happy with my experience. And we'll use them again
PATRICK DThe online system was glitchy and took forever to get through! It delayed my ability to get the truck when I scheduled. I ended up having to leave the facility and wait on hold for over a half an hour to go continue to pack and didn't get to pick it up until 3 pm delaying my move by 4 hours and shortening the time I needed with the truck!! So in turn I had to inconveniently pack my car several times and finish my move late.

BRADFORD HI wish the sales associates on both ends had been more forthcoming with information. They seemed to assume I knew a lot about how it worked and I had to keep asking questions of them. Which they did answer, but it would've been nice to just have information readily told to me.

Liam MFirst of all I order a 10foot truck from a West Seneca NY spot. 2 days later thy said they will not have it for me. Had to drive an extra miles to pick up and return the uhaul. I think you do that so you can charge more money for milage. Will not rent from you again.
elmer vReturned uhaul with more gas in it than it needed and was charged over $60 for 5 gallons of gas. Total ripoff and zero response from my email about being over charged
Allen CI don't agree with the u haul policy about returns before agreed date. It's UHauls policy NOT Sensible. IF U HAUL is returned a day early then oh well you still get charged the last day to return.

debbie pTruck was nearly new and in good condition; ready for service. Car trailer had been returned prior evening and had not been inspected/prep'ed for service. Rental agent expressed no experience with the rental and had to call his supervisor to complete the rental transaction. I had brought my vehicle in the prior day for compatibility check with the car carrier but dealer did not perform compatibility check and instead instructed me to return the following day to pick up the truck and trailer.

NICHOLAS SAlthough the truck made a few noises from different locations and the tires started off kind of bumpy but leveled out as the trip went on it took me the 180 mile one way trip with no events. My only complaint was that the interior windshield has been wiped off when wet but not cleaned and was hard to see with a bright sunny day.

Vicky CPut the equipment that is rented in the truck that is rented. I was supposed to have an appliance cart. I had to get one from another bender, and I have to figure out how to get credit for the cart I didn't get.
Sean LThe computers being used in this office were extremely slow, which is a bit aggravating and delays the process of picking up equipment which in turn costs u-haul and its customers time, which increases costs. I suggest investing in a core i7 or i9 system to increase speed, save time, and make customers happy. Happy customers return and talk!
