told me he wouldn't charge me for being late, but I explained to him two times it was Corvallis location that was late and I was not. I left at 11:30am my time wasn't updated in the computer. He didn't care. Nothing registered with this fellow. Had a "we will let this slide this time" attitude, I didn't appreciate.david E.

This guy was a train wreck. Was closed when he should have been open. He was very mad about us showing up at 9am when Uhaul told him we were coming at 5pm. Just not a friendly fella.LAURIE H.
The truck I received had a bulge on the inside of the front tire on the passenger side. I was not made aware of this when I picked up the truck. I noticed the bulge in the middle of 1200 mile journey, and was extremely scared that the tire might have a blow out, due to the hot weather. When I returned the truck I told the person about the bulge in the tire, and they told me that it was noted in the record. This made me very angry to hear that. I could have been in a severe accident, or been on the side of the road in 100 degree heat, waiting for a repair truck.Michelle P.

The salesman was very rude and disrespectful to me and called me a baby and laughed at me when I asked him for a hard copy receipt and when I asked him to give me the starting mileage because the checklist text they sent me wasn't available to verify the miles to calculate my charges due to him. He also told me to go to â€œhellâ€. I had to do all I could to keep my compulsore and calmness and not to over react. When I wanted to complain he told me to call Uhaul.com and when I asked him for his name he said NO. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UHAUL IN SELMA OREGON. Selma UHAUL Oregon it is called. The man lives on the property and has dogs if you come across this business. STOPdo not us. He also told me the final bill was $133.00 my bank amount taken was taken out was $140.70Tamara S.

Extremely rude about where to put the truck when I put it in the lot and just not a good experience. And then to be charged for fuel when it was turns in where I took it out and I have a receipt to prove it. I would never use that Selma location due to the rudeness and unprofessional like manner.John H.

Your service for feed back used incorrect name, but the leasing agent and service provider all information exchanged was correct name and such. The local service is great. The problem I have is with the Oregon regional office. The last time the lady told me to drop off a trailer after hours at a location that was not allowed to accept after-hour drop offs. This time I reserved a trailer to pick up at 11:00, but the regional office lady called me to ask why I didn't pick it up at 9:00. The local service is great. The regional office is poor.Debbie W.

I have been overcharged by $350 on a simple trailer rental and am being told I have to wait two to three days to get a refund. This is unacceptable and will definitely not be using your company again for my moving needs. I will tell all my friends and family about this experience and make sure they use your competition as this last two weeks dealing with you guys has been horrible!!!daniel S.

The owner of the storage wanted his truck back and promised to comp the extra miles so the truck would be returned to his location. Instead of giving us the proper mileage to begin with he shorted us on miles and tried to charge for extra that were not applicable, such as cleaning and accessing us of "joyriding" I recommend shutting this place down because his customer service is atrocious and tries to RIP people off. Had I not been a Uhaul representative he would of been able to take us to the cleaner.Travis J.
The rental truck smelled strongly of marijuana. The mini storage owner stated he had a problem with people returning trucks that cannabis had been transported in, however he didn't forewarned us that our rental was one of the trucks. It smelled so strongly that some of the furniture smelled like it after the move. The mini storage owner however was fabulous, extremely kind and helpful and made the experience pleasant.Connie T.
