The service was great. It took under a half hour from phone call to keys. Pleasant experience.
GORDON HI traveled under the miles allowed and returned it clean and with half a tank but was charged more than expected.

kyle mThere was nothing at all wrong with the location, but the app experience was glitchy and frustrating. It took 20 minutes too long to check in because of it.

Jamie LDo not use pad locks in -40 windchill weather. Use push button boxes. My hands froze trying to get into the damn box to get the key and put the key back. Taking pictures in that weather should not be a thing. It's dangerous to be in the cold that long.
Tracy MI was told this 15 ft truck was new. It did not have cruise control, it vibrated so bad my foot was numb on the gas pedal. The inside was so noisy loud it was wild. This truck seriously needs to be serviced. I would never rent it again. Gracias
Bev BAdvice I have to other customers is NOT to go through UHAUL ever!!! It was awful!
Megan OThey charged me for 7 gallons of fuel when I returned it with more fuel than it had when I picked it up
Sean RThe vehicle was dirty, the weather stripping around the food was peeling off, there was a check engine light on the dash and a service oil light telling me the vehicle had the vehicle had no inspection done. There was no furniture dolly present either. I attempted to reach out to U-Haul but was told there was no swapping out the vehicle unless it didn't start or a tech came out and verified it was not repairable, but I was only told after I was sent to a location that couldn't help me and I ha dto spend money on an extra 11 miles of driving and gas for literally nothing. There was no attempt to rectify the situation and I was later told the vehicle was supposed to be out of commission for service which helped me in no way at all.

Robert VThe tank was only half way full so it was hard to know how much gas to put in. I wish you had to take a picture of the gas tank before hand too. It was also hard to get the lock open to get the key which I know is because it was cold but still tricky. I also wish you could do more of the process before hand and not after you check in.

Kimberly SVery small lot. Had me drive a 26ft truck there to pick up a trailer. No room to maneuver they had to move vehicles and land scape rock to make room for me to hook up. Had to drive on their grass just to get out of there. Mean while there are other very large u haul lots that would have worked much better.
Casey SThe link i received in my text did not work right. every time I took a pic of the odometer and fuel gage, it would start over. Eventually worked when I went to the website.
Jamie OThis drop off site was not on the Uhaul app making the drop off process confusing and frustrating. I ended up leaving the truck with the keys in a drop off box while returning to the pick up location to confirm that I was no longer in possession of the truck.
Bryan PDid not receive the furniture pads but was still charged for them Difficult to maintain fuel at 1/2 tank without over/under filling. Why not just keep full?

JACE GI returned my vehicle Friday shortly after noon. It was not due until 5:30 Saturday. I asked if there was a chance I could get a refund for my unused day and the staff member - Only person working- said no with a very short tone. I followed up by asking for a receipt to show my total and he said after the vehicle was checked in and he "was busy and had to get to lunch". I informed him I needed a receipt and he said he didn't have a way to get me a receipt. I asked him AGAIN to check in the vehicle while I waited which he did do. He lacked customer service skills, professionalism and an inviting personality. I never did get any receipt from him because "he didn't have a way to get a receipt".

DAVID CI will never recommend U-Haul again!
Bobbie CWas not the original location we were supposed to pick the trailer up at, so out of the way. Not this location's fault, but inconvenient. We weren't even notified. Happened to log in and saw the change. Person at this location wasn't very knowledgable, but did say they were new to UHaul.
Lynn SHad to wait in the parking lot for somebody to show up to take possession of the U-haul.
