Very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this location. This location does need some signage on Harbor. I could not spot the entrance at all.

RAOUL HDeclined insurance when booking online. Verbally confirmed declining insurance at the location when picking up the truck. They still added insurance and charged us. I called after receiving the email receipt disputing the charge and they were not apologetic and said nothing could be done. I also booked an appliance dolly online, but there was not any type of dolly available at pick up. What is the point of booking online when services are not accurate? Very disappointed in this experience and the customer service.
MYCHAL KThe staff were a bit rude, reintegrating how they were not opened yet although we were standing in the building making it feel awkward. Also, the uhaul was dirty with empty Snapple bottles however upon returning the uhaul I was charged although I did not cause the trash. No one came out to show the before rental observation, but then I got charged for the last persons poor maintenance.

GURPREET SOne of the best customer service experience I have had at a u haul ! My recent move sent me to a different location at first where I was not happy at all and the owner didn't care ! But for a round 2 of moving needs I had vowed to go to a new location and relatives suggested I go to these wonderful people and I was so glad that I did ! From the get go the lady who helped me was amazing and set everything up on the phone before I came to pick my rental Up. There was no high pressure up selling ! She was kind friendly had an amazing customer service skill and was totally outstanding . From the moment I walked in and driving off it was all a smooth sailing and the whole process seemed seamless ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AND THEY WILL ABSOLUTELY GET MY RETURN BUSINESS GUARANTEED. Return was also hassle free and the same wonderful lady who checked me in made the check out process super easy . These people are the kindest and the most hospitable people ever ! Thanks again and happy new year !!!

ANTONIO PGood morning, i rented a truck on 12.22.24....the truck smelled like cigarettes and the floor in the cab wasn't clean...pictures and the smell was noted...also I picked up the truck at 12 and was informed the site closed at 2pm...I got the truck back in time without refueling...I had a total of 22miles used, however I was charged for 5 gallons of fuel....i believe that's excessive and would like a refund for fuel

RAFAEL EThe location hours are way too limited and there is no before and after hour pickup/return. This is unacceptable... The van side door would not stay open, closing on me every time I tried to load, and the passenger lower side mirror was cracked, making it difficult to see/use.

I have an idea for you, since I am waiting here on the sidewalk with heavy items to carry, hoping one of my friends will arrive to give me a ride. Perhaps, you should offer rides back to home, if within a close range.... Like Enterprise . I just looked aty bill and I am LIVID. SHE CHARGED ME 177. I PUT GAS IN IT, TO THE Exact SAME PLACE IT WAS WHEN I GOT IT. THE LINE RIGHT BELOW full. She charged me 56.25 for gas that was not needed. I did it. She also charged me 50 for missing damage charge. What is that? There was no damage what do ever. I was late due to thean at the storage place absolutely ruined my day. Then it just got worse with this 277. Charge. There is no way, I should be charged that amount. I wonder if she was mad bc I didn't rent a space from her,? I am going to try and reach a corporate office. What kills me is Rosa just kept saying., oh it's fine. It's fine. Why didn't she tell me all of these added fees, she felt the need to add without anyention of it. I'm so upset. I hope this gets fixed. I will write as many bad revues as humanly possible if it doesn't. What a 2 face backstabber this Rosa Steve d at the Pittsburg location. She screwed me without reason. This will be disputed for certain. Very Disappointed and she is so unpredictable to have not said 1 thing regarding these extra 100 fees . NowayI will ever recommend this place with HER ST THE HELM

SHERRY WBe very careful with the gas meter in the vehicles. I traveled 14 miles and replaced a gallon of gas although the meter did not move. I was charged $25 for 4 gallons of gas which is outrageous for a 14 mile trip! The company was notified and I was reimbursed the gas charges. ¡Gracias!

JOANNE SI reserved a 25 ft truck. On the day of my reservation they tell me there's none available because the person never returned the truck. Instead of telling me earlier they tell me when I got there. I got that truck so we'd only have to make one trip moving instead we made 3 trips amd ended up spending more $ on the reuck and putting more miles. Such an inconvenience. The least they could've done was offered a discounted rate for the inconvenience. But I will not be back to use that location in the future. The girl qt the desk that helped me was nice. That's all.
