Pick up and drop off were both invalid address. We were scheduled for picking up at San Francisco and redirected to Daly City which significantly delayed our plan. We never get any notification of pick up areas changing. The next day, return was scheduled at Walnut Creek. Office is permanently closed and there's no direction of where to go. We called into U-Haul and got redirected to Martinez for dropping off. This is another sad delay to our original plan. How can u haul do not know a location is permanently closed down? Very disappointed for the whole process. U-Haul should definitely improve the system on informing client where to pick up where to drop off . I shouldn't be paid for something that I'm not expecting to do. Wasted couple hours to locate the right info.
Kaiyishaer WProbably make a better effort on providing the truck clean without any garbage in it. Overall the truck did it’s job and took me to my destination.

Kenneth RI signed up for a Uhaul close to my house(roughly 1 mile)... You guys sent me to a location 7 miles away. I basically got charged for 14 miles (1.89x14 miles) because you didn't have the equipment closer to the location I originally selected. You charged me an additional $28, you should have not charged me for that because it's your fault for booking me not having the equipment.
sanjit tI was charge 10 gallons of fuel and that is fine with me but you better include the explanation of charging the 10 Gallons because when I pick up the truck it only has half fuel. so please let me know how I am charge 10 gallons

Gail RExtremely disappointed with the truck I was given. So many issues !! 1. Engine light was on the whole 400miles I drove from SF to Orange County! I was stressed the whole time that this truck will blow up or stop in the middle of no where! 2. The speed of this truck could not not go over 60 miles… extremely neglected truck with loud engine, and broken tapes up side panels. 104k miles on the odometer!! Such a truck should jot be used for long haul. 3. Wheel alignment and brake issues on slopes! 4. Immense gas guzzler! I requested a newer well maintained truck and was told take it or leave it! I am extremely disgusted and disappointed… it took me 10 hrs to reach home because this truck wouldn’t move fast!! I want refund!! I will also file a complaint to corporate and post reviews with pictures!
