JOHN SCould not do the Return vehicle via the web. The instructions were not clear.
Venkatesh SNeed to make it more clear that a sexondary contact person is required, not optional. If you do not select a contact person, you will not likely have the additional required documentation at the time when you go to pick up the rental outside of business hours.
John KThe property manager was very rude and passive aggressive towards me when I had asked for some kind of confirmation after the changes he made to my reservation. The changes were due to unknown charges regarding a bundle that was added for a dolly and mats when in fact I have the confirmation email I did not approve or select those options. But somehow it was selected and charged my reservation after he confirmed and printed the contract. I requested for a email confirmation of the changes he did and he stated it couldn’t do it or it wouldn’t allow him to. Then became aggressive and hostile.

Mohamed KThis was the second time a U-Haul from this location was not cleaned prior to me obtaining it. There was trash in the back, the wooden panel on the side was broken, and lots of blankets were left which I didn’t need and only took up space.

Stephanie BThe tire pressure light came on shortly after leaving the facility. I was able to add air but think that tire pressure should be checked before rental is initiated.
JOHNGERARD MOnline check in process was cumbersome and slow compared to counter service. Ultimately had to go inside despite online check in bc keys were not left in access container. The truck itself was not clean with used gloves in the driver's side door and screws and trash in the passenger door. The cargo area was not swept and had three used blankets scattered within. Gentleman at the desk was friendly and helpful-no knock on him.

Todd WMy reservation was for 9am. As I arrive and go through the steps to get my truck, the mobile process (which supposedly is supposed to be entirely mobile) told me I had to get the keys from the front desk. I go to the entrance, and there’s another customer just standing outside, waiting. Despite the “hours” being opening 9am, NO ONE was at the location. I had to call the regional number and they had to have the regional manager come to the location, half an hour after my reservation time. Completely messed up my itinerary as I had scheduled pick up/drop off of items I could not do without the truck. Why would a location have 9am opening hours if no one is gonna show up until 930??
Christian EThis small-volume UHaul location outside DC is worlds better than locations in Takoma Park and Kensington, MD. Energetic, service-oriented staff. Clean facility. Newer vehicles in excellent shape.
