Lorenzo McCrayMy truck’s affixed lock was cut, leaving me without a lock for the back unless I brought my own. The dolly I was given was bent in such a weird way that made it very awkward to use. The truck’s check engine light was on from the start and the truck ran rough compared to other moving trucks I’ve used from U-Haul. Now a random separate charge showed up on my bank account without any explanation of the charge from U-Haul, this separate charge doesn’t show on my final receipt. Getting the equipment was a quick process, but the actual equipment I was given was missing some quality control it seems

Forrest LakeThe staff at this location was extremely helpful and made the rental of the trailer as convenient and easy as possible. They also were great when I called because I needed to extend the rental. I would recommend this location to anyone having moving equipment rental needs.
Denis DionneMy original reservation was for Sunday 10/8 at 8am. U-Haul kept the pick up time but moved it to this location which didn't OPEN until 10am. I called customer service a bunch but all they could tell me was to wait until 9 for a schedule manager to get on the clock - and then I'd have to see if a location even had trucks! Luckily someone at this location was moving trucks around getting ready for the day and I was able to check out the truck before 10 but I was still 45 minutes behind schedule with my movers, etc. Long story short, please be careful of making reservations on Sunday because U-Haul won't be. As for the location itself, staff were very friendly and helpful.
Amy GroganI believe some of the problem on this end was on me. I was under the assumption that I could drop off the trailer anywhere. My document (contract no. 14870650) was blank with no reference to a drop-off location. I dropped the trailer off on Tuesday, 09/19/2023 at 5:12 PM. The young lady inside was very pleasant and told me she would forward me my receipt via email. I received a call from a young man later in the week who asked me if I still had the trailer. I told him I had dropped it off at the Metropolitan Grove office he said he would contact that office and take care of the issue. On Tuesday, 09/26/2023 I received another call, this time from a young lady asking of I still had the trailer? Again, I explained that I had dropped the trailer off at the Metropolitan Grove office. She stated that I was informed that the trailer was to be dropped off at another location. I told her that that information was not on my documentation. She then stated that it was also sent to me via a text message. I informed her that at no time did I receive a text message telling me of a specific drop off location. She was very professional in her demeanor and told me she would resolve the issue. I went back over my deleted text messages and found no texts from U-Haul directing me to a specific drop-off location. I am not above admitting "operator error" on my part, but just don't see where... Chaulk this one up to "Sh.. Happens!" Thank you, DSC
Daniel CrumplerWell I rented a small box truck but there were a few thin g un safe about the truck The passenger door panel was falling apart. Couldn’t close the door properly door. We’re staying open wow while the vehicle was on the move all the time I walk the property was driving and couldn’t close the door properly.

The nice woman behind the desk greeted me and found my reservation quickly and reviewed all the terms and didn't push for a bunch of upsells. We picked up our trailer and another employee checked our trailer connection. The return was just as smooth!!

Rhan YiEmployee runs a storage facility, and was very busy with that operation. I had to do all check in and check out after spending 45 minutes trying to figure out what was going on and calling the 800 number to change my reservation to a 24/7 self serve one.
