Made UHAUL reservation over the phone and was told their office would be open at 9:30AM so we reserved the UHAUL for 9:30AM. The worker didn't arrive and open the office until 10AM. We refueled before returning, but was charged $8.05 because apparently we were off by 1 (ONE) GALLON. The fuel gauge didn't even have tiny notches to come up with that level of precise accuracy. Never renting from here again and do not recommend anyone else to either!KRISTINE G.

when i rented the truck i paid more for a ramp and i didn't a truck with a ramp. Truck over all was not clean at all and i wiped down the inside of the truck with many disinfectant and my wipes were black. The truck was dirty, with wrappers under the seat, back of truck had cement chucks. Also the passenger side door wouldn't closed very well and you had to slam the door to close. I feel i should be reimbursed for have of the money i used to use the truckMARIET S.
The place was awesome... the guys was super nice. But i thought we have to check in online. and it seemed like nothing was good enough to approve the rental to us. chat person Mayra seemed rude. if i rent again i will make sure that i can go inside. i will never check in on the online app ever again.BENJAMIN R.

Note that this site, for which the ratings apply is NOT the location with which I contracted. They were good about contacting me to pick up my truck at this location, but this is not the location initially contacted. Everything worked very smoothly despite providing fewer blankets than requested. What wasn't clear was that you can provide information on line "to cut the wait time in half", but what they didn't tell you is that you have to give the person all of the same information instead. With this kind of situation, there are concerns about identify theft.Susan R.

Make it more clear that all communication will be by text and what to do when returning vehicle. Mile odometer not visible on dash. Could not accurately report miles. I felt the need to share my experience today because I was extremely disappointed by the service we received. To be fair I don't want to make any major assumptions, although after going over the events of my experience at this u haul, I feel as though I should share. My husband, mother-in-law, and I (who are all Asian) went to this location to rent a truck for about 2 hours for a quick move. Understandably, when we arrived, there was a table situated at the door due to COVID-19 restrictions. We asked the employee inside how the best way to rent a truck was as it was my first time, and he informed us that he was unable to assist us and that we would need to complete the request online and outside. We didn't think much of it so we started the process. Unfortunately because my phone is an older model, and my internet on my phone was so slow, we had requested to see if he would be able to directly help us.... He essentially told us no, even though he wasn't doing anything else and that despite his computer working, he couldn't do anything to help because we just had to do it online. Additionally, he placed the key IN the back of the truck then closed it with the padlock despite us sitting outside while we were working on the online reservation and he went back in. Eventually we were able to complete what we had to do and when we returned, we noticed that this same employee was assisting another couple (who appeared to be Caucasian) whom he allowed in the building with the table, originally blocking the entrance, moved aside and handed them their key. It felt strange since he seemed to be very adamant that we do not stand near the entrance when it was just us Asian folk, however he didn't seem to have an issue with this other party. As I came into the establishment I asked what the next steps were since we were done and he told me to place the key on the counter. When I waited/hesitated for the next step, he asked "oh do you want a total?" as if he hope that I would just leave ASAP. I said yes and he decided to wear gloves (again that's fine, since COVID) but he wasn't wearing any when assisting the previous couple. All this to say, I probably won't be returning to this establishment even though I live very close to it. It was really unfortunate that we left feeling like this business went out of their way to not help us while they were more than happy to help others. I also really don't want to assume that this employee's behavior was a result of racially motivated micro-aggression. However, hopefully this can at least bring a little more insight to the management/staff/etc on how to treat everyone with the same respect moving forward, specifically (Mark Robinson).Jessica L.
Online check in was not as easy as it should have been then when I went to pick up the truck I rented I was having problems getting into the rental agreement but luckily the young man at the counter walked me through it and I was able to get the rentalRobyn L.

When the instructions guided us to enter the truck to obtain the mileage, we could not do so since the screen was stuck on the low fuel message. We needed to call customer service, who then transferred us over to Roadside Assistance, who could only provide the last known odometer and couldn't help us with gas to get to a gas station safely and spent an extra $60 putting gas in the tank. It should help the next renters, since we dropped it off with half a tank, but our experience sucked.Elizabeth B.

I arrived early and ready then after I'd filled everything out via the app I had to go inside to show the person working there the screen saying, "Please give the person the keys" and they had LOST the keys. So we had fun time looking around for the keys to the van I'd rented and they were no where to be found. I had to rent a larger truck that used more gas and was told I would receive a discount but I didn't notice any. This is the second time I've rented a truck and the one I had reserved had issues and I had to be "upgraded" to a larger and more expensive unit. I think this is my last time using uHaul and I'm just going to hire movers from now on.David L.

I would recommend this location because of its proximity to my home. However, the parking lot is very small and difficult to maneuver the rental truck. the staff was very friendly and helpful, but we had problems with the software asking me to photograph my driver license.Janet K.

I had seen a uhaul site online that said you offered senior discounts. I mentioned it to your rep when picking up the truck. He could not find it and neither could I on my phone. I had no issue withnot receiving any discount without seeing the offer. What I did not like was your reps response implying that I was trying to get away with something. Also, your taxes and fees are not clear until presented with the agreement to sign which feels deceptive,Bennet P.

I'm a long time U-Haul user, I've used U-Haul for my last 3 moves. Service has always been good, this experience however will stop me from coming back. I rented a 20 foot truck and a dolly, for a 20 mile move with insurance and a few boxes for 89$, I forgot the dolly at the apartment I was moving from. I returned the truck thinking the dolly was in it, they called to let me know it wasn't, to which I replied I would bring it back the next day around 4, they told me that would be fine, I returned the dolly the next day and apologized for missing the dolly the day before, checking my statement the next day they charged me 89$ for the first day then a second charge of 129$. I called the U-Haul I went to and all they could tell me was I went over the mileage and they had to put 1/4 tank of gas in the truck, I asked how that came to 129$ and he told me he wasn't sure how U-Hauls computer figured out the final cost and gave me a 800 number to call. I was on hold for 25 minutes waiting to talk to a representative while a message saying they where experiencing a high volume of calls at that time kept coming on, I hang up. I need to know what these charges are and why they are so much more than the original truck rental. I will not be paying both.Thomas M.

U-Haul would not honor their insurance that I purchased from them after accident. Then instead of waiting for my insurance to pay, they kept stealing money from my checking account. I'm going to tell as many people as I can about my experience. Then those people can use another rental. To improve your service, honor your insurance, and don't make unauthorized withdrawals from customer accounts!Richard D.
Scheduled a pick up time of 5 a.m., after following the directions for after hours pick up and opening the bad lock we came to find out they keys had not been put in the van so I had to wait 4 hours to get the moving van. The pick up time was never changed so I was charged an extra day for dropping off the van later, even though I had it for less than 24 hours. I was promised an inconvenience fee off my bill and never received it.Jacqueline O.
When the truck was returned, the guy didn't go out and check the mileage or gas use on it, he just said "Ok, you're all good", but now I see I was charged $41.50 for gas!! This is underhanded, and unacceptable. I will be calling your office first thing Monday to see about this!!Leslie M.

Great customer service. Had an issue when I filled the tank with gas (overflowed out of the tank onto my feet and the ground even though I only put $13 of gas in it and tank was it was registering at 1/2 full. I explained to customer service rep upon returning, which he then informed me that they would have it inspected immediately before loaning out again. VKimberley F.
