There was an outdated key drop box that I almost left my keys in before an associate helped me out. I did not know where to park the car, it was incredibly unclear. Thankfully the associate took it from me, but contactless drop off was very confusing.Yash M.

1. I dropped the truck off on time and the employee took my keys and said I was good to leave 2. The next day I received a call from this location asking me where the truck was 3. The location admitted that the person did not check the truck in so it was "missing" in the system 4. The truck was not checked in for a few days and I then received additional charges for the "extra" days 5. When I made my reservation I was quoted a price of $166,00. When I went to pick up vehicle the charged me $184.38 plus $100.00 deposit. When I made that reservation it was stated to me that I pay when I bring the truck. when I returned the truck back, my phone would not let me into information to check truck back in. U-Haul site did not provide a code to retrieve key, so had to go inside for code. Then box did not have a key, had to go back inside and find out it was wrong box after all. Returned truck spotless and got charged $25 because ...I didn't fold furniture pads ?! Some were damp and they should be cleaned anyway. (Pandemic and all that). NONODY informed me and it's not in the contract. Told that a sticker in the back of the Truck said it. So I have to read a contract and then every printed word on the truck to avoid some fee? Ridiculous. Will be contacting my credit card company for that $25Michael C.

i used the self check in / return process through the app. it was not clear to me what i was supposed to do with the keys when i returned the truck. there were very brief instructions in the app on the confirmation that my return was complete, but the screen was only up for about 10 seconds and then it disappeared. i ended up dropping the keys through the storage business' "payment" slot at the front door. this is a criticism of the app and the process, not the drop off location.Michael C.

The main issue I had was with the check-in procedure. The on-line self service check-in requested too much information, including requiring pictures, and required multiple log-ins. I eventually gave up after the 3rd try. There needs to be simpler after hours check-in procedure similar to what existed previously.Samuel K.

Joe was extremely helpful. The only drawback to this location at all is that the exit opens onto an extremely busy road with no traffic light. Consequently, exiting the facility with a larger truck can be a bit hazardous.Todd L.

When reserving a van, I chose the self check-in option that said I could use my cell phone to retrieve the van without waiting in line. However, the van was inside the gate of a storage facility, with no access. This meant I did have to wait in line, while the self check-in option is not actually possible. Renting the u-haul van from Security Public Storage was the easiest part of my day moving. Pickup was quick and easy, drop off was the same. The van was clean and in good shape. Hoping I won't be moving again anytime soon, but when I do, I'll definitely be returning to rent u-haul from here.Matthew R.
I Googled a return U-haul location, which turned out to be non-existent. Next location-was difficult to find, it did not have a U-Haul sign. It was a storage rental facility. during return, I was not given any type of receipt. I was told the receipt would be emailed. This vehicle was returned on time. When I showed up at 10 am on 8/6/17, the location had yet to open. The truck had a transmission problem and the passenger side was loose and needed to be adjusted every 10 minutes. It made moving to change lanes to the right very difficult and dangerous. Additionally, the truck came without ropes to secure my belongings.
