I will never go back to that location ever again . I had to wait an hour both times to rent it and return it bc I didn't know you needed a gate code. Called the uhaul lines and the customer service person was rude all of them!!! I'll go else where from now on!!

The lady who works there couldn't make it in when I was do for pick up but called and set me up for the 24/7 mobile rental, gave me a gate code for entry and made sure I had all info needed for my rental. She was there when I dropped off and made sure we parked easily and got the truck returned for us. Great service and good location.

William kMy mom was supposed to rent the truck from the mobile app was having issues. The employee came out to see if we needed help because I'm sure we looked confused lol Tami got us in and out quickly and was so very nice. She informed us of everything we needed to do for return to avoid any issues driving around the property for parking or added charges. The truck was CLEAN and ready to go. We got back early and she helped us return the truck even though she was already off work. She made the entire experience so easy and her customer service was above and beyond. We've rented trucks before and never had service like this nor a truck this clean. We would highly recommend this location.
Karinda MYou need a code to get into the area. There were no instructions on how to get into the gated area. Both to park you car or to return. Fortunately, a tenant came by and opened the gate for me so I could actually return the Uhaul.
NATHANIEL CThe pick-up place was closed when I got there at pick up time. The property is secured by a gate that requires a code to gain access. I was not given this code. I called district office who provided a code, which was not the right one. The same issue with drop off. This is all very stressful , especially during a major household move. I was in panic mode. I will say , the person at the district office was very nice and helped me through everything.

Carl MWe know more than pulled out of the gate when we realized the brakes were not working on the truck. We had to wait three hours for someone to come fix it. Very frustrating! They had to know that their brakes weren't working on that truck
DONALD MThe lady at this location (a self-storage location) was not as familiar with checking in. Thus, it probably took longer to get checked in than I would have expected. But I don't blame her.
KIMBAL ROur drop off experience was as it should have been. We were treated with courtesy and kindness and the entire process was quick and stress free, even with a newer employee who was doing a drop off for the first time. She knew who to call to make sure the process was handled appropriately. . It's unfortunate and unacceptable that the pick up was not handled in the same fashion.

Rebecca MEvery email/text we received said we can drop off the vehicle after hours via a night drop box for the keys. This location has a gated driveway making it inaccessible after hours. We had to make an extra trip to drop off the vehicle during business hours.
DAVID GNearly impossible to get in and out of. I didn't receive a code to open the gate so had to call and have gate opened. Secondly this was 15+ miles away from my requested pickup location I made reservation for. What's the point of making a reservation a week in advance if I'm going to have to drive all the way across town to pick up equipment. Secondly they didn't have the auto transport so I had to drive another 15 miles out of the way using miles and fuel.
