This is a very poor review sheet. I am not impressed with U-haul at all. I had a 9am reservation in citra but the facility never opened. I called the local number and the guy text me back that he would be in later that day (unacceptable as I had reservations). Called the 800 and the reservation was moved to another location next county over. Got to the facility and it was closed. Called U-haul again, again reservation moved to another location further away. Got to that facility and it was closed. Called U-haul back again and had the reservation moved again to another location in another county. 2 and a half hours to find a place open, original rate was $54.99, ended up being charged almost $84 because I had to change it from round trip to one way because I was not driving over 100 miles to take it back to the facility.

The Starke location was phenomenal, the staff were very professional, hospitable, and precise...I highly recommend this location for purchase...my whole experience was fantastic from beginning to end, thank you!! To the young man running the whole place, I know much pressure was upon you with all duties to handle but I tell you, you MASTERED every area, way to go!!!!!

The process was complicated. We picked up after hours. The cell service was poor in the area so accessing the online information was difficult. We called the help phone number 6x to stay on hold then get disconnected. We were outside of the truck for 30 mins confirming the driver and attempting to get the key.

I was forced to buy the insurance that I had declined on online. He said that it was mandatory now. I said that if it was mandatory then why be given the option online? Why not just automatically add it to the price? Doesn't make any sense. Then I was given a number to a pull behind that wasn't even on the lot. I went back in and told him but he didn't believe me until he went out and looked for himself. Then he had to assign me a different one.

This is to U-Haul it self, the way you process a contract is questionable. You don't break nothing down in the beginning and when you try to return, you try to slap extra fees on. Like for example I know I clean my truck, what y'all want to say it was dirty and try to charge me more. And I'm going to specify this only once,the location was excellent with everything, trying to do what they can for you,but U-Haul on the other hand themselves,??????

That was the 2nd place for pickup, the first place Bizzy Bees Cleaning in Waldo was a flop. The 24/7 truck share didn't work, and the place was not opened during the hours posted!!

Make sure the printer is working so the customer may get a copy of rental contract and info on returning equipment.

This location is fine. However the overall process with U-Haul was a nightmare. Way to difficult and time consuming for a little trailer. Up loading a driver's license through the internet could easily land your company in court one day. Suggest allowing the rental location run a copy of the license then dispose of it upon return. Additionally, your rental equipment should have flat tires included in the contact price. That is something that should not require extra money / insurance. Thank you !

This place is a flea market. It is just a dump for other people's junk. The people were nice and friendly/helpful. But they need to clean the place up and make it look inviting. Maybe even put in a separate little building from which to do the U-Haul business.

I would definitely recommend Second Treasures that rents for U-Haul to all my friends. Rebecca the owner went the extra mile by returning from home so my husband and I could rent a car tow. I had been left stranded on the side of the road for hours and could not afford a tow truck. My husband called and spoke to Rebecca just before the store closed. He explained to her our story and that he would not make it to the store before it closed. She told him it was okay and gave him her personal cell number so that he could call her when he made it to the store. We were able to tow our car home for much less than a tow truck. Rebecca's act of kindness and compassion was more than just good customer service, but is exceptional.

UHaul not their primary business...but that was okay.Hope my 2 day early return of the trailer was sastisfactory against my billing.Was advised by a friend that they were overcharged an extra day on their billing when they received their statement.

They dont know what they are doing. The truck was not prepared for us. We had to wait more than 15 minutes while lady talked on phone getting directions on how to complete a prior customers trasaction.

Kept trying to charge me for an extra day when the contract gave me two days. I called uhaul and had that issue addressed. Then they still charged me truck cleaning when I completely cleaned the bed and cab of the truck. I even wiped down the walls. Drop off location obviously felt they needed my $10 more then me. I'm not very happy about this location.
