Daniel NI had filled up fuel right before dropping off the van to the fuel line in the vehicle, just over half. I was then sent a charge for 6 gallons at well over 4 dollars a gallon. I do not feel this was necessary and the rate for fuel seems excessive.

Andrew SI had a very good experience renting a 10 foot box van from Second Go Round Consignment. Liz, the rental agent, was very nice on the phone and just as nice in person. The arrangement was a friendly transaction that only took a few minutes and I had to chuckle as she made sure I would put gas back in the truck. It was fun renting from U-Haul at Second Go Round Consignment in Newport, NC. Improve...Don't change a thing.

Justin PEnsure the tires are all properly inflated prior to handing a vehicle over to a customer. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and efficient.
Randy WDropped off truck, they would not check it in while I was there. Waited until next day then charged me a fuel surcharge even thought I brought it back with more fuel than I received. Also charged me an over mileage charge. They don't go by day rates, they ask you pickup point and dropoff point, then figure mileage between the 2 and give you about 40 miles less as your mileage, just so they can charge you more. Very dissatisfied with this trip. U haul did reimburse my fuel surcharge, but didn't give me the money owed to me for extra fuel, or give me back the mileage charge.

arheem iLet people know if they return the truck after hours it’s extra money & that the price isn’t 19.99 for 4 hours because you HAVE to have Insurance. It wouldn’t allow me not to have Insurance. Went from 20 dollar to 81.00.
