David Shott’s has helped me on 2 different occasions in the rental of a U-Haul in my move from Kentucky to Iowa... He went above and beyond in making sure everything was set up correctly and that I was getting exactly what I needed... I feel so Blessed to have had David to lessen the stress of that part of my move... he’s was wonderful!

U-Haul trailer had come in late the night before, they offered to clean it out but I said I could since I was in a hurry. Also, when I returned the trailer in PA, the agent noticed that the trailer number that I had was not the number on the contract!

My complaint is not with the location at hand, but rather U-Haul's customer service at your 1-800 number. First of all, on every attempt at contacting the 1-800 number, it takes over 15 min to speak to a representative, which is a ridiculously long time to be waiting for assistance. Second, there was a mix-up at my initial location that I was supposed to pick-up my U-Haul leading to me not having the reservation that I was intended to have at the specified date. The 1-800 number specifically said they could do nothing for me until the next day, when the entire dilemma was because of poor communication amongst U-Haul locations and corporate. I was forced to re-schedule my move because U-Haul failed to contact me when my rental was not at it's specified location. I drove an hour and a half away from my home just to find out that my rental was not at my location when it had been confirmed to be there only hours prior. This is unacceptable. The only reason I was even able to reschedule is because the wonderful guy at the U-Haul location called into the 1-800 number to let them know what happened, prior to that the 1-800 number associate told me that she could not help me and that I could figure things out the next day. It's funny that after the U-Haul employee called, the 1-800 number associate was "magically" able to re-schedule me another U-Haul vehicle. The entire situation was frustrating and the most that U-Haul would reimburse me for this issue that was ENTIRELY due to lack of communication among U-HAUL itself, that I had no control over whatsoever, was $10 off. This experience was something I would never wish upon another customer. And according to your U-Haul staff, I am not the first customer to have issues with U-Haul service in London, KY recently. Personally, I will never use U-Haul as a moving service and will dissuade anyone I know from using this service as well. Customers are not valued and problems are not addressed appropriately/with urgency.

This was not our original location. We had to drive 1 1/2 miles out of our way to pick up a truck that was supposedly guaranteed at our first location. That added mileage had us over in which we paid extra for. The text confirmation we received said our truck would be at our location. We should not have to pay extra for mileage when we had to start our trip in a deficit of miles. I understand things happen but it was an inconvenience for us to drive to another location to pick up a truck that we had reserved for a specific location.

There was a slight error on the billing but it was taken care of immediately after the discovery. After calling the national number, the representative was very helpful and assisted me with the correction. The U-Haul dealer was also helpful.

The old guy and his son that works at the service station were rude and not knowledgeable. I explained to the old man that I needed a 15' truck and he argued to me that there wasn't such a thing. Even after I showed it to him on the app. The younger of the two acted like it was going to kill him if he gave me an extra 20 miles. I won't be renting from that location again, I'd rather pack my stuff in pickup trucks.

The truck roof had a leak, a lot of my things are wet. Pretty frustrating to pay that much money for the truck and still have things ruined due to water getting in the box.

Our pick up was for 7 they were late. The truck we had rented and was told was at this location was not there. We did not finish with the pickup until 8:00 am an hour after the scheduled time.

You have my name wrong. It is Judith Leonard. No one at this location seemed to know what they were doing. We were overcharged $40 for the blankets. We were short a blanket and several blankets were wet. The Traffic Office at U-haul had to help these folks figure our correct total. We will check with our Credit Card Co. to see if I was charged correctly and get back to you if there are errors. The men at this location do not know how to operate a computer (or your software program).

The gentleman I spoke to was rude and disrespectful. He was upset that I was dropping off a truck there to begin with. He told me he hadn't had a truck for 30 days and now overnight he has 3. I will never rent from uhaul again...ever!!!
